We hired healthy home cleaning services to do a move in cleaning for a rental property and Juana did a great job. She went above and beyond. she was very professional and meticulous. We will definitely be requesting her again. The customer service was excellent as well. Very informative, helpful, and responsive. Thanks goes out to Angelina and Juana for all your help and service.

I have been very satisfied with the cleanings I have received from Healthy Home. I have had 3 so far and 2 of them in particular were outstanding. The first cleaning was by Jordan and she was punctual, thorough and communicated great. The second cleaning was good, just not quite to same level. The last one was by Desiree and she did an extremely thorough job. She was also pleasant and professional. I would recommend them!

Just had my first experience with HHCS and wow! Immediate response after leaving message at office. Angelina followed thru on everything she said she'd do (estimates). We scheduled our appointment for the healthy cleaning service. Morgan was my tech. Was kept very updated through the whole process and Morgan did fantastic!! My house hadn't been really seriously cleaned in a year (2 shoulder surgeries) but after she left, I could easily see a difference... the only way it would've looked better is if no one were living in it 😉

Hands down the best cleaning service in the area!! I chose the Superior Deep Clean and they should change the name to “Move In Day Clean” because my house hasn’t been this clean since I moved in! The quote was for 8 hours and I thought no way they will actually be here for that long. Kali worked the ENTIRE 8 hours! She’s a machine - make sure to ask for her! The prices are super reasonable - I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Amazing service. The owner was quick to respond and had my cleaning scheduled within the week. My home now sparkles and I couldn't be happier with how fast, efficient and detailed my cleaning was! I will be booking again in the future and highly recommend especially to anyone looking to support local/ small businesses.

The bill pay system is incredibly easy. I get a text and email (which I chose), and pay online via the invoice. It helped tremendously that everything is spelled out in advance via the contract. No guessing, no surprises. 100% recommend working with this company!

I was getting desperate trying to get my mom’s house cleaned before my Pop came home from the hospital.
They are both quite elderly, and I am out of state.
Healthy Home Cleaning was responsive, understood my situation, and came through with flying colors.
I can’t tell you how happy my mother was with the service.
I’m driving down to North Carolina tomorrow, and now I don’t have to clean her house!

Caroline did an outstanding job cleaning our house! She tailored her cleaning to meet our specific needs. She was very thorough and took her time. We are more than satisfied!

We started using Healthy Home in January 2023. The initial cleaning was decent nothing outstanding. We decided to see if the cleanings would get better. After the second and then the third cleaning it was even worst. We called and asked for a different cleaner because we were not satisfied with the current individual. We got Juana she was outstanding I even called and expressed my satisfaction. After two fabulous cleanings by Juana she informed us that she was no longer working for healthy home. No one from the healthy home informed us that we were getting a different cleaner. So guess who shows up at our home on the next cleaning day? The original individual we asked the owner not to send back to our home. I called the office and Angelina had no clue why we had that person again. So I allowed her to clean and again after I got home from work I had to finish the job. Floors not swept good, microwave had not been touched and the house had no smell at all. Im not sure what happened with Juana who was GREAT but the other young lady who will remain nameless because this review is not to bash her does not clean to our standards. I didnt take pictures of the incomplete job however I informed healthy home that we will no longer be using their services. Now the hunt is on for a new cleaning service. I hope your experience is better than ours!!

Jessie came to my home today and did my first home cleaning. Oh My Gosh, did she do an AMAZING job!! I can’t believe how clean & fresh my home is!! I was initially attracted to this company because of their promise of "green" cleaning and their use of non-toxic products. In addition to that, however, our cleaning tech, Caroline, is fantastic! She is attentive and thorough, and leaves our home immaculately clean and "sparkly." We are delighted to have found both Healthy Home Cleaning Services and Caroline, and highly recommend both!

Caroline is an excellent service provider. She's quiet, efficient, thorough, well mannered and adapts cleaning materials to meet my and my pet needs. Six cleaning sessions and counting. I highly recommend her!

Angelina and her team of cleaners are magicians! We had Evelyn do our move out clean of a 3bd 2 bathroom house and she was done in 4hours! Came back to a sparkling house ready for move out inspection. It took away SO much anxiety and stress from our move. I cannot recommend Healthy Home Cleaning Services enough, and they even use green cleaning supplies!

A family member gifted us with the Superior Deep Clean to prepare our home for a baby on the way. To say we were disappointed in this company is an understatement, and made us feel like our family members money was wasted. The cleaning amounted to approx. $340 and it was more like a $75-100 clean. The superior clean states that it is an 8 hour clean, yet the 2 cleaners left after 3.5 hours. I sent pictures to the owner and tried to share the many aspects that had not been completed. Her communication was very poor and many text messages did not even make sense. The vacuuming was haphazard, lamps/walls/counters were not dusted, baseboards untouched, faucets still dirty, ring in the toilet, shower not cleaned….the list goes on. The owner stated that their policy was to come back out and finish the clean that same week, yet every available time that I proposed, she stated would not work as their schedule was full. She then still had a cleaner show up at my door at a time that I told her would not work. I saw the cleaner on our Ring camera and she waited in the driveway for 30 mins (another lack of communication on her bosses end). I then asked for a refund for the work that wasn’t completed, she sent the gifter $20………..Will never use or recommend this company. Such a waste of money!

We cannot rave enough about Healthy Home Cleaning. We have used Jessie since we moved here in Jan 2022. We have hired them to do a deep clean as we moved in, post construction clean after remodeling, monthly maintenance “green cleans” and even most recently a deep clean of our garage. Each time we are always pleased and have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I want to acknowledge the superior cleaning that Morgan has consistently provided for the past 20 months. I am so impressed with her personality, her attention to detail and the thoroughness with which she cleans my home. Morgan always arrives on time despite having to drive an hour through heavy morning traffic. I'm very grateful to have her clean my home each month.

I recently hired Healthy Home Cleaning Services for a cleaning service in my home, paying a total of $538 for a full day of work on both the top and bottom floors. Regrettably, I feel compelled to share my experience, as it was far from satisfactory.

While the cleaning agent assigned to my home was incredibly polite and kind, I was disappointed to see that she was unable to complete the job within the allotted time. I believe it would have been more professional for her to communicate this limitation before starting the work, as it left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service.

Despite my appreciation for the agent's demeanor, I cannot overlook the fact that I paid a substantial amount for what I expected to be a thorough cleaning. In comparison, I have previously paid $400 to other housekeepers who managed to clean my entire home efficiently. Unfortunately, with Healthy Home Cleaning Services, I feel I only received minimal work for an outrageous price.

Additionally, I found the owner's response to my concerns disappointing. Instead of addressing my dissatisfaction, the focus seemed to be solely on ensuring payment was made. This lack of customer care reinforces my belief that this company prioritizes profit over service quality.

In summary, I cannot recommend Healthy Home Cleaning Services based on my experience. I feel as though I wasted a significant amount of money for a service that did not meet my expectations. I urge potential customers to consider other options before choosing this cleaning agency, as my experience suggests it may not provide the value it claims.
