After waiting all day for cleaners I received a no service bill. I called and was advised that the cleaners were there between 1-2:30. They were not. I had only stepped out at 3:11 for a few minutes. Sean argued. I told him I received no calls and no texts. He said they had a bad number. It was not a number I ever provided them. He said they found the correct number. Still I never received a call or text. He was hell bent on arguing and not listening. So I advised him that if that is how the business was going to be run to cancel my contract. The cleaners show up any time not on schedule.
Another time I complained because tasks were left undone. The clearer confronted me directly on the next visit.
Another time a different customer’s personal info was left with my checkoff list.
M main thing is last month the cleaners show stated she likes coming to our home. That I am nice. I tip. The areas are prepared for them.
Aldo. Since they instituted a 2 hour minimum the cleaners are there barely an hour.

I’ve tried several cleaning services and this company is the very BEST! I highly recommend them, as they are consistent, reliable, and thorough. My house always looks spotless and smells terrific after each cleaning. The staff are very kind, too. I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful they are!

Sunny Side does a great job. They pay attention to detail and are consistent in leaving our home clean and fresh every time. I have recommended them to a few people who now also use their service.

We had Sunny Side do a move out clean for us. It was better than we could have ever imagined, as we had previously used a local competitor for bi weekly cleanings. This cleaning blew them out of the water. We elected to have them do our carpets as well, these pictures are taken before the carpets have been cleaned but are levels better than we left them with even just a vacuuming.

Their communication was fantastic throughout the whole service, letting us know when we were approaching the end of our initial clean and how much cleaning they estimated to be left.

The place looks brand new- almost makes me wish we could move back in!

My cleaner, Cassandra, did a deep cleaning of my main floor while we were out of town. She did a great job and it was so nice to come home to a clean house! I would definitely recommend Cassandra, and also I am very impressed with the communication from Mariah before we set up the cleaning.

I’ve been using this service about once every eight weeks for deep cleaning of my bathrooms, and vacuuming and mopping of my floors.
Rachel, the owner, is very nice and is easy to reach by phone to schedule cleanings.
She also charges only for the work you request to be done, so you’re not overcharged for tasks you don’t need to be done. (Another company I had called had no flexibility in that regard.)
Brook, the cleaner assigned to me, is very thorough and professional. She does a great job.
I sometimes request last-minute scheduling (just a few days’ notice) and they are usually able to accommodate that, which I appreciate.

Walked into a house that looked, smelled and felt clean!! So many little things that were ignored or skipped by past cleaners were not by these ladies, even the puppy noses and the grandkids handprints on the outside glass deck door. Could not be happier with our clean, great job Lashae and Malia!!!!

Had Cassandra come do a Deep Cleaning and she did an amazing job. I hate to say but I neglected doing much cleaning around the house and my basement shower was getting pretty gross and she cleaned it up almost like new! Wish I took some before pictures.

Will definitely be looking forward to the continued service for the monthly cleanings!
