Usually quite happy with 701 Cleaning. However, not so much the case at all this time. First, the cleaner they sent was not very thorough in finding things that need to be cleaned. Stuck pretty much to the more obvious things. But things that weren’t immediately visible she didn’t really bother with. Secondly I called the company to ask if they had received a payment off my credit card and to request they don’t send that cleaner again. Left a voicemail and got no reply so the next day I called again.. Finally got to talk to somebody who upon finding out that I wasn’t happy didn’t even ask why. I guess they don’t want my business anymore so that can be arranged the courtesy of returning a phone call goes a long way. As does asking why a customer is unhappy with the service they received. The lady didn’t seem to care though so neither do I.

701 Cleaning has been the best decision we’ve made for our home. We have house cleaning bi-weekly, and every visit is consistently high quality. The team is friendly, reliable, and pays attention to the details (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, baseboards—everything). They’re also great with communication and scheduling. Highly recommend 701 Cleaning to anyone looking for dependable house cleaning.

Keeley‘s cleaning crew are the best. Shannon did such an amazing job. She was here for a long time and every time I think I should be cleaning my own house she changes my mind.

After being in the hospital, this was a wonderful gift from my daughter-in-law and the young lady, Brandi T was polite, a pleasure to meet, efficient, perfect and she traversed the snow instead of my ice covered driveway. This was a wonderful service and one I'm looking forward to again.

Keelys did a deep clean in our home today! Shannon and Ainsley did an amazing job. They made our glass shower sparkle (& it needed a lot of work) and our stove top was the cleanest it’s ever been. That’s just the tip - they made so many “too far gone” to catch up areas look new again! They did a top notch job and I am so thankful! Def will use them again in the future! Highly recommend!

Two of your lawn service technicians decided it was a good idea to blow the leaves and debris from the yard they serviced into my yard I just seeded yesterday. I told them to get the leaves out of my yard and they didn’t. My two son ages 10 and 11 were out there with me and witnessed the passenger side employee flip me the middle finger as they drove away. Very unprofessional behavior and they did it in front of my kids. I expect better behavior from a professional company. I have pictures and video surveillance.

We Love Bis-Man Outdoor Services. They do a wonderful and professional job. They are consistant and very well priced! We use them for our business Lot as well as our personal Home. It makes a huge difference having them take care of our Lot and Yard!

I have been using their services for over 3 years for lawn fertilization and weed control and have been super satisfied with Jake and his crew. The yard has never looked better - always had problems with clover and that is no longer an issue. Big Al and his crew were some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Very efficient, on time and paid very close attention to detail. They hand shoveled 16 tons of rock and wheel borrowed it to my back yard. When they were done there was not a single rock left in the lawn. Some of the cleanest work I have seen. Very affordable. Very courteous to the homeowner and wanted nothing more than to see me happy with their work. I would highly recommend.
