Sunny Side Cleaning arrived at my apartment and cleaned it top to bottom this morning. The two ladies who arrived were very professional and got the job done well, right and once. I was impressed at how accommodating they were and managed to still provide a quality service even when they had obstacles to work around. Definitely worth the call folks. They do come out and offer a free quote ahead of time and have a pretty flexible schedule and team. They cleaned all the utilities to include; sinks, tubs, oven, stove top and range, fridge, cleaned and ran the dishwasher, windows are spotless, counter tops were wiped clean, the flooring was mopped and the carpet was shampooed. They payed attention to walls, dusted the shelving and fan blades, cleaned doors along with the walls and finally foot boards. They are not expensive if you compare a full list to their price during the quote process. They were in and out in a mere couple hours too. I recommend their services folks!
I hired Sunnyside Cleaning to do bi-weekly cleaning of my home. Monday 09/09/2024 was their first visit to my home. All I can say is "WOW!!!". What a wonderful job. I am a very "Picky" housekeeper, and have high standards. They certainly lived up to and beyond my expectations. Floors cleaned, bathroom beautiful, kitchen clean. My stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator sparkle. Even cleaned doors where dust settles in. Every room sparkled. Can't say enough about this company. Going to recommend to everyone. Even a follow up call from the manager to see how things went. Now I can enjoy my life.
Naomi is such a professional. Not only can she guide new staff, and interact with clients but is able to step in and get the job done even when there isn’t a second staff member to help her.
After waiting all day for cleaners I received a no service bill. I called and was advised that the cleaners were there between 1-2:30. They were not. I had only stepped out at 3:11 for a few minutes. Sean argued. I told him I received no calls and no texts. He said they had a bad number. It was not a number I ever provided them. He said they found the correct number. Still I never received a call or text. He was hell bent on arguing and not listening. So I advised him that if that is how the business was going to be run to cancel my contract. The cleaners show up any time not on schedule. Another time I complained because tasks were left undone. The clearer confronted me directly on the next visit. Another time a different customer’s personal info was left with my checkoff list. M main thing is last month the cleaners show stated she likes coming to our home. That I am nice. I tip. The areas are prepared for them. Aldo. Since they instituted a 2 hour minimum the cleaners are there barely an hour. Their main deficit is SEAN
I’ve tried several cleaning services and this company is the very BEST! I highly recommend them, as they are consistent, reliable, and thorough. My house always looks spotless and smells terrific after each cleaning. The staff are very kind, too. I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful they are!
