    Have purchased a stand freezer as well as a new dishwasher from TJ's and it has been a great experience. TJ was awesome today getting the dishwasher we needed, and it'll be installed in our home by the end of the week. Supporting locally, family-owned, business is a great way to go!

    Their website doesn't state that they can only work with customers in ND. I placed an order, their site says someone will call to confirm details. No one ever called. I called their store and was told I'd have to wait another 24 hours for someone to call back. When someone did call back they refused to fulfill the order. Unless you're in ND don't bother with this company. If you're local, ignore this review.

    They responded to my call in a timely manner. And since you can text photos to their phone number, I was easily able to send them info about my dryer. I was able to make an appointment for only a week away, so I did not have to wait too long. The repairman was courteous and took off his boots before coming in. My dryer had a broken thermal fuse, so it was a quick half hour fix. The costs were about $120 for the thermal fuse kit and about $50 for labor plus taxes.

    Incredibly helpful! I decided to repair my dryer myself and TJ's came thru clutch with the repair kit I needed. I'd heard nothing but good things from friends that'd used the repair services and purchased appliances from TJ's and their praise was definitely deserved! The friendly staff made the experience a breeze! Thanks TJ's, I'll definitely be coming to you for future appliance purchases!

    We were supposed to meet up with this guy at the warehouse at 5:15 p.m. and we sat in the warehouse till 5:50 p.m. and nobody had shown up not the best place to go if you need fast service we got half way home and we got a call from the guy that didn't show up saying we can come and pick it up and made him bring it the full 70 miles back to our house.
