They focus on details and leave nothing missed. The staff act professional and respectful. I trust them in my home and plan to keep using their service. I love walking into the house after a scheduled appointment.

This is the first time I have used a cleaning service and I am so happy I chose Highline. My schedule got flipped around and they were so understanding and flexible to change my cleaning days and keep me with Lisa. Which, don’t get me started on Lisa!! She is such a kind soul and I can tell she cares about her clients. I am so appreciative that I got scheduled with Lisa and I have the chance to get to know her!

They came on time & brought their own equipment. They worked very hard & left everything we agreed upon sparkling plus they did Windows!!! I was very pleased & would have them again

What a waste of our time. We called a week ago to see if somebody could clean our kitchen; the man who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I had to ask most of the important questions, e.g., "What day? What time?" In the middle of one of my questions, he cut me off and said, "We'll be there. I'm driving right now." I hadn't even given him our address yet, and I had to tell him that.

On the cleaning date, they were supposed to show up at 9:00am. 9:30 rolled around and I had nothing: no cleaner, no phone call, no text message. When I called and asked where the cleaner was, he said, "Yeah, they're supposed to be there Tuesday." I told him, "Sir, it IS Tuesday." He acted put-out and said he would send someone, but I told him to cancel the appointment. This is not a professional operation in the slightest.

Kojo and his employees are very professional. They always treat us with the utmost respect. I'd say they run a great cleaning company and coronavirus disinfection company in Williston, North Dakota.

Too busy for customers, will blow you off. Don’t waste your time. I setup first appointment, and they completely forgot about it, I called to reschedule, and they called 5 minutes after my actual appointment time to say they weren’t coming. Two missed appointments just shows what kind of work they do, and how much longer it will take.

Had them do fall clean up they go over and above cleaning up.highly recommend .what they got done in an hour and half would had taken me all day. Thankyou

Very rarely does the finished product of a yard/landscape design come out as imagined. Not only did A&A Landscape design our yard to the approved spec, they allowed us to make tweaks, and offered their knowledge and experience ensuring the final project exceeded our expectations, which it most certainly did. The gentlemen that worked on our project were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and were exacting to every detail. We look forward on planning our next project and having A&A Landscape work their professional magic on it.

I was super disappointed with the customer service (lack of), billing, and quality of job done. We paid quite a bit of money for the service we received. It was one of the highest bids we had, so we assumed that would correlate to quality, but it did not. Communication with the company was practically nonexistent, as they don’t answer emails. We never received notice on a date range for when the service would be provided; they just showed up in our yard. It took 5 months to get a bill from them. The job was so terrible we didn’t even think they were done. I’ll never be using this company again for our landscaping needs.

After having suffering a water main break my yard was a disaster. I had A&A completely redo the front and back yard, install pavers around my wife's flowerbed and install an irrigation system. I went from having one of the worst yards on my block to one of the best. I am very happy with the work they did and the service they provided. I'm looking forward to a long relationship for upkeep and sprinkler maintenance.

If I could rate a 0 stars, I would!!!! I was looking for someone to level our driveway and had AA Landscape and Maintenance come out to give me a quote. The gentleman arrived and I explained I needed the driveway leveled from the top of the driveway to the bottom of the driveway. He nodded that he understood and left to write the quote. I received the quote and accepted it. I do not live in Williston and I was getting our house ready to be put on the market. Because of this,. I wanted to make sure the job was paid in full before I left. I went down to their office and made payment arrangements with Vicky. I explained I would be leaving town and wanted the job finished before I left. I was told they would be out to complete the job the next day, which was a Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and they did not show up. I called Vicky and she told me the current project they were on ran late and they would be out Thursday. Thursday afternoon they arrived with a skid steer and Ditch Witch and began working on leveling the driveway. The Ditch Witch was used on approximately 6 ft of my 50 ft drive. The skid steer was then used to move the disturbed material around. I went out to speak to the individual on the skid steer (not the person who came out originally) and I told him the entire drive needed to be leveled and the pot hole needed to be filled. He told me they needed more material to fill it in. He said he was talking to the project manager about it. While he was on the phone, the other workers were hanging out, joking and standing around. I went back into my house to work on more renovations. They left without speaking to me again.
The next week, my husband and I made the trip up and my husband went to look at the job. The driveway was NOT level by any means and there was still the pot hole at the bottom of the driveway. I made a call and spoke to Vicky. She said she would try to come out that evening. She never came, never called. My husband and I had to drive back to Idaho the next day. On our drive home, my husband spoke to someone at AA Landscape and Maintenance. She stated they needed more material and my husband said they could use our material we had on the bottom acre. Two days later, they came to the house while out contractor was there. We received no phone call explaining anything and the drive way is STILL not level. It's like 4-wheeling up tot he house. Paid $600.00 and did not get what was promised. When I tried to come to a resolution, they still did not make it right. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We had some small trees and bushes growing through our neighbors fence and were completely out of hand. They had been growing so badly that they grew around the chain links.
I contacted 2 other companies who came in with higher bids or couldn't get the job done. A and A Landscaping was the middle bid and they did phenomenal work.
Vickie contacted me right away and scheduled an appointment. She and another employee came out took pictures and said they'd get me a quote. I had a quote the next morning, which was a Saturday. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was extremely understanding.
Due to the weather fluctuations this spring we weren't sure when the work would be done. They showed up one day and had the work completed within a few hours. The fence was not damaged and everything was removed as requested.
I would highly recommend this business. They do fantastic work!!

We had our 1 acre yard hydroseeded by this outfit-one delay after another. When they finally showed up, they used a "new" type of hydroseed mulch that was gray and splotchy. Two nights later, we got the storm of the century and most-but not all-of the seed washed away. Had someone out to look at the yard and he said there was nothing he could do. Almost a month later, some seed is still on the surface of the ground-absolutely nothing growing even after watering and some rain. They might be good landscapers but hydroseeding is NOT their thing! $4,000.00 later, we still have no grass.

I had Dakota Pro Landscape remove a big Pine tree and trim up two other trees. I am very happy with the timing, pricing and professionalism of the guys in the office and the crew at my house. I'll definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Absolutely did a great job! Garold was very prompt in calling me back and answering any questions I had and Garren was not only super professional and friendly but also very helpful. They did an awesome job removing tons of rock from our property and the stump removal looks like there was never any stumps that existed. 100% would recommend and definitely will use again.

We needed a double retaining wall and got a few bids from local companies. Right away these guys impressed me. How fast they came out, their professionalism and knowledge to areas we hadn’t thought of for long term use of our door space. The project did take a little while to get going but they were upfront with their timeline and when it started they were committed (I hate when contractors show up one day then are gone the next). They even worked weekends with our approval. Very polite crew, said hello to our kids and just an enjoyable project that we can enjoy. Highly recommend this company.

Dakota Pro did a great job with the design and installation of my sprinkler system. They were able to make sure my deck would stay perfectly dry while the rest of the yard was nice and green. The team was also nice enough to remove any large rocks they found while burying the sprinkler lines. Would highly recommend if you need work done.

An Absolutely unprofessional and shady company! Will damage your property then absolutely deny it! And good luck finding someone that can actually speak english. Would not recommend to even mow a ditch!
