Had an appointment to get a quote, waited 20 minutes, and they never showed or called.

The most beautiful yards in Williston are maintained by Landscape Elements. We saw their work when were looking for a landscaper and liked this landscaper's works very much. We asked them to redesign our yard and they tuned it into a gorgeous garden.

They did a great job with our residential sprinkler system and landscaping around our home. Carlos was also very helpful when another company in town wasn't willing to help with an issue related to blowing out sprinklers at our commercial property.

Took them days to get back to me after I left a voicemail. After I set up an appointment they didn’t show up. I finally called their office and the lady let me know the crew was still in Watford and wouldn’t make it. She did apologize for the no call no show. She then gave me a quote of 55.00 per mow of my tiny 10x12 lawn. Overpriced.

Had called and set up for them to come and level and prep my yard for seeding. Initially responsive. As soon as we agreed to the quoted price, everything was 2 weeks out. That lasted for 2 month. During that time no one from landscape elements reached out. I had to make all the calls to find out when someone would be coming over. On month 3 they quit taking my calls.
