The crew was punctual, communicative, and very polite. They made the stressful aftermath of our toilet breaking (clean water break) much more manageable and really put us at ease. Alex in particular was really on top of things and wonderful to talk to. He was very knowledgable and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. They came out when called which was nice, insurance paid majority (almost 5k) for cleaning a basement and running fans for a few days. Never knew when anything was happening, no updates or even update about being completed (this was a rental). I received no bill/invoice. Just received an email today from a “Kathy H” that my account is going to collections tomorrow. Horrible service and customer care. Servpro will not get another contract from me. (The collection threat was over $500 too, good work Servpro) try picking up the phone and calling your consumer. Never will I ever recommend this company for any of my clients. I’ll make sure everyone knows there are other options.

I had a flood from a plumbing issue in my upstairs shower that went on for most of the day. I had water damage and needed more than what my personal shop vac could handle. I contacted Servpro and they responded in about an hour. The crew came out removed the water, wet carpet and padding and set up all of the fans and dehumidifiers along with removing baseboards and drilling holes in my downstairs ceiling. The process was up in running and the crew left in a couple of hours. I was so impressed with not only a Friday evening response but with the whole process....I would highly recommend them!!

We woke to water pouring into our kitchen. ServPro arrived within an hour even though it was early morning. The supervisor (Heather) cautioned her crew to be careful and mindful of the cabinets which they were. At one point there were 13 fans and 5 dehumidifiers in the house. The kitchen hardwood floor which at one point had an inch of water on it was safe and dry. I would highly recommend ServPro to anyone.

I had a horrible incident from a previous remodel and they were very prompt in addressing the problem, friendly, attentive and answered all my questions. They were also available throughout the process of mitigation. Highly recommend.

Came to work and found inches of water in our basement, not to mention everything else that comes with a sewer line backup. Servpro was out within hours to assess the damage, and we had an estimate shortly after. I was able to get it right to our insurance agent, and got the go-ahead to start clean up the very next day. They were on time, very considerate of the areas leading to and from the basement - covering the floor, etc. - so that nothing would get dirty as they removed the wet wall sections. They were fast and thorough, and left everything spotless and smelling clean. Would absolutely do business with them again.

Basement was messed up from sewage backup they came and completed the job quickly in less time given. This is the second time I have dealt with this company once as a renter and now as a homeowner. Good people to have on your team. Joe you and your guys are cool 😎 👌

I had a water leak and my ceiling collapsed from the damage. ServPro was very quick to respond and arrived at my house in about an hour to assess the damage. Then they were there the next day to start the cleanup. Everyone was very professional and helpful during a stressful time. I would highly recommend them!

We recently had a plumbing disaster that dumped water all over our dining room. Joe was in quickly to inspect the damage and establish a game plan. His mitigation and recovery team was in quickly to remove the damaged ceiling and carpet. They set-up plastic covers over all openings to keep the dust to a minimum. The leak had started some time before, but had not come through the ceiling. So, a significant amount of mold was present. His team was very thorough in removing everything then setting up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the room. They also tested to ensure their work was complete. Everything was handled very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend SERVPRO of West Akron to anyone who needs quick and reliable service.

I am disappointed. Cleaning is done in a timely fashion but now restoration is stalled; nothing done for nearly two weeks with no schedule in sight. Not what I expected after seeing the TV ads. Still waiting to hear from a Project Manager.

Unbelievable service and perfection. After our house fire, Servpro and its dedicated team of professionals came and conquered all obstacles to restore our home to better than it was since it was built in 1929. The restoration and the amount of work they did sets the gold standard for restoration. Our home is a beautiful as it was before and there is no trace or remanence of fire or smoke damage anywhere. We are forever grateful for the professionalism and kindness during this restoration process. There is no reason to go anywhere, but Servpro.
