Terrible experience. They over charged $1400 basically stealing money on the clock, and the manager initially tried to accuse me of lying until I provided proof. Despite the situation, I was still willing to continue working with them, but the manager then falsely claimed they were no longer accepting clients after the incident. On top of that, the manager always has a nasty attitude whenever I talk to her.

I always have a great experience with Aqua Pools! They help me open and close a 28,000 gallon residential apartment complex pool each year and are always amazing. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team at Aqua Pools! You guys rock!

I don’t own a pool, but I am a frequent user of several different friends’ pools who have used Aqua Pools. Their pools are all gorgeous and perfect! They only have good things to say: quality service, experienced technicians and super friendly and accommodating office staff. This pool company is completely unprofessional. They drove through our front yard instead of using either of our TWO driveways which were available. Additionally, they left some kind of powder everywhere next to the pool. We have a puppy and who knows what kind of chemical it is that she now has access to. This service was roughly $600 and when we told them how unhappy we were with the service they did not respond. Take your business elsewhere. We will not be hiring them again.

The owner of Aqua Pools claims that I am a competitor and my review is violating the Google Review Policies. We were definitely customers of theirs. Actually, we, as the homeowners, didn’t hire them but they were hired by the Real Estate Agent who sold us the home. The job was to be done through an Escrow account. Aqua Pools was supposed to do the job in the Summer months. We moved into the home on June 1st, 2015 and they were supposed to do the job that week. They didn’t show up until July. Phil, the owner said “Why don’t we come back after the holiday weekend so you can swim on the 4th of July.” They then didn’t show up until August to start the work. They kept working a day or two and said they’d be back on Monday. (No-Shows every Monday) This happened for months. Eventually, it got too cold and they wanted to come back in the spring of 2016.
The Escrow company finally told us that the job had to be completed by December or the money would be sent to the Sellers.
We were in a position of… Do we let the money go back to the Sellers and hope that they would give us the money. ($19,000) or, do we trust Aqua Pools to give them the money and hope they finish the job. Needless to say, we trusted them, gave them the money and didn’t hear from them again.

Also, if I need to add every photo and video I have of the progress of this job, I will provide them. When we purchased this home, it had a 8 Security Camera system set up. I have video of all of their workers urinating in our yard, spitting everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere in our yard etc…

What they left us with was so destroyed that we tried to get estimates from other companies who all said that it would cost the same to just dig a new hole and put in a new pool. Which, is in fact what we ended up doing. So, when I say our money was stolen, it is a fact! Not an accusation, or a competitor writing a false review.

When I added my initial review, Chris from their office frantically tried to contact me asking if there was anything she could do to get me to take it down. I knew that she wouldn’t be willing to write us a check for $19k, so I ignored her. (She is a mean, wicked human being)

This company stole $19,000 from us. They asked for money so they could buy materials, so we trusted them to finish the job which was already approaching a full year. We gave them the money and never saw, or heard from them again. I’ll attach photos of their “Finished” repairs.

I have never done business with this company and they have called me on several occasions trying to sell their services. After repeated attempts they will NOT honor my request.

They did a excellent job cleaning my 2 rooms very professional and the price was right

Not happy with service at all. Did not move one thing, not even a coffee table or end table. The did return complaint, but was very defense about the complaint. No offer to make it right. Will not have them clean again.

They came in and was here about 15 mins. They were nice but they should of used spot remover on the bedroom carpet but they did not!!!. So it was $67 for 2 rooms. We was happy for low cost but be careful you never know who coming into your house for a cheaper price. We had them like 4 years ago and then just 2 days ago 10\6. I think next time I will call someone else after only staying 10 mins here. I would not use these people if you want a more profitable job done. If you have not much money than call and try them.

5 stars. I live in Jackson Township in the Canton Massillon area, and I had Corporal Can Cleaners come out to clean and sanitize our trash cans. The service was excellent. Our cans had a lot of built up grime and one of them had a strong odor, so they definitely needed attention.

I asked around and searched online, and one company kept standing out. I also like supporting veteran owned businesses, so Corporal Can Cleaners was an easy choice.

Russ arrived on time, was professional, and did a thorough job. You could tell he cared about doing the work right. When he finished, the cans were completely clean and the inside looked spotless. Whatever cleaning solution he uses leaves the cans smelling fresh and clean. The difference was huge. Honestly, the inside of the cans look better now than when they were new.

The service was quick, easy, and well worth it. I immediately signed up for the three times per year cleaning service and plan to try his power washing service next.

If you live in the Akron, Canton, or Massillon area and need a reliable trash can cleaning service, I would definitely recommend Russ and Corporal Can Cleaners. Great job, and thank you for your service Russ.
