Poor service. Had what I needed but had to wait to long to check out

Wasn't open during business hours posted on google, suggest calling before you waste your time.

They have solid service and get the pools very clean

Best place to work on and maintain your pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They also are very knowledgeable about all things pool!!!

They do not service above ground pools. Of course they did not inform me of this until we had gone back and forth via email (they don't answer the phone) for over a week. And after I initially stated it was above ground!!

Unprofessional political stance. If you want more business don't put political bumper stickers on your work trucks! Never doing business with this company and I will be urging others to do the same!

Store not open during hours posted. Unpleasant to shop as their customer service is poor. We have been taking our business elsewhere which is too bad as we prefer to support local. I’ll add that not being open on a Saturday is an issue, overpriced and rarely stocked.

Called to try to have some work done on our indoor in ground pool. I was told pool season is coming up to call back in the fall. I’m sorry so if I had an outdoor pool everything would be ok? If this problem existed in the fall I would’ve called then. I guess my money is no good for you guys. Thanks for nothing I will be finding a different pool company to handle my needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Don’t waste your time. They’ll charge you an extra 3.75% for using a credit card. The “sign” is posted at the cash register, by the time you see the miniature “sign” they’ve already swiped your card. Everything’s already extremely over priced. The owner is straight up unpleasant. There’s no such thing as customer service here. Not to mention her ill mannered dog. Lastly, they don’t even keep the hours they have posted. These have been my experiences at aqua pool. It’s worth the drive to classic pools. I will never go back. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

2. She waited till she FLEW out of her office practically spitting on me because they don't believe in masks
3. Too little too late. Thanks but no thanks. I already had a terrible taste in my mouth from her.
4. Owned and sold a small business, good luck your service is miserable. Find another way to shaft your clients.
