The team was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail, leaving the home spotless. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will definitely be using them again. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services!

Jenn and Randi are the best! I’ve been using this maid service for a while, and they always do a fantastic job! My home is spotless every time they come, and they never miss a detail, including taking the trash out, which I really appreciate. They’re reliable, professional, and make life so much easier. Lacey, Leeann, Baleigh & Cassie did a fantastic job on the condo! Everything was cleaned properly and the place smelled very pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

It had been awhile since my house had a good, thorough cleaning, and Jenn and Randi did a great job to get me back to a clean baseline where I didn't feel overwhelmed with the amount of pet hair and pawprints around the house. I managed to keep the house picked up regularly, but having the bathrooms cleaned and the kitchen wiped down really well made the house feel so fresh again. It also gave me a good reason to straighten up shelves and cabinets that had been lacking some TLC prior to the cleaning service. I will definitely be looking into a quarterly cleaning service to have a good reset every couple months.

after my review i was contacted by the main office, they did apologize and reschedule a new appointment to make up for the previous one.

They did focus on the areas i ask for and made up for the previous appointment.

I was disappointed with the services when specifically ask to their crew to focus on the appliances,window and bathroom, since the rental unit has brand new floors ,carpet and paint but they missed the stove and i had to remind them about the windows before they left.

To be honest this suppose to be an easy job for them, plus I got charger more than I was told from $153 to 216$ but im asking myself what did i pay for?

Jenn & Randi did a great job! They communicated well as a team and also to customer. They kept good track of their time spent in certain areas to tackle everything on the agenda. Jenn & Randi get 5 stars! Molly maid pricing gets 4 stars 😛

Leeann and Lacey came and cleaned today. They did a great job. They were very friendly and quick, but thorough. I'm very pleased with the service we received.

Jen and Sarah cleaned our home on 4/4 and did such a wonderful job! Our house is no small feat and they worked incredibly hard to make sure it was sparkling. We were very pleased with the service and the women that did it.

Molly Maids were excellent in cleaning they did when I first hired them several years ago. I never had to worry about what my home would look like and they took the time to pay attention to details. However, in the past year, the quality of cleaning has hit rock bottom. The personnel are sloppy and careless. I came home to broken items that were irreplaceable. The state of my house after my last clean was absolute chaos. I spent a great deal of time recleaning and putting items back where they belong. I would urge you to think carefully before hiring them.

Kelsea and Andrea were really great and so helpful. They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment I am moving out of! In fact, because they did such a great job, I am definitely considering using their services more regularly at my new apartment as well.

I moved to a loft in Akron two years ago, and my daughter told me to contact Molly Maid for cleaning my apartment. I was so happy to have this done twice a month for only $119 per cleaning. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the young people who came to clean. They were so considerate of what I needed. I'm 82 and some were willing to go on their hands and knees to clean lower cupboards. I always looked forward to every other Wednesday, because I would get to see a couple of young people. As a retired professor, I always appreciate those who do this service. I would think that the folks who started this business would be very happy to see that their vision worked well.

Sarah and Andi were fantastic! They cleaned everything that needed cleaning and then some and made our house smell so good and clean. We absolutely loved them and enjoyed having them. The cleaning crew cleans our cemetery office and mausoleum. They are very personable and respectful of the premises. It always looks and smells wonderful when they finish.

I will not be returning to this company. The first deep cleaning I had in October was amazing. Everyone was professional and they truly made my life easier with getting my house back in order after our wedding. I felt the stress lift off my shoulders and I could have cried for joy over how everything looked.

This second cleaning (first monthly cleaning), I don't know where to begin. At first, I was just going to cancel services and leave it at that. But when it came down to the reason I was canceling, they offered a redo. Sure, why not? It couldn't be as terrible as the first go around.

The bathrooms were satisfactory, but I wouldn't say amazing. I found dog hair behind the door and in the corners, so not a very thorough job, but the best part of the overall experience.

The part that really aggravated me was that one whole floor of my house was not swept or mopped, kitchen counters were still sticky. Oven/Stove didn't look like it was wiped down anymore then my quick job right before they arrived. (Yes, I cleaned some before they arrived because I wanted them to focus on the actual cleaning part and not picking up miscellaneous items.)

My husband could have done a better job and that's saying something!

Here is where it gets worse. We have two baby gates in our home because it is a split level with multiple sets of steps. After the cleaning was completed and they left, my husband discovers a hole in the upstairs wall from where someone must have hit it just right and knocked the tension rod through the dry wall. I cannot express the number of times we have knocked the gates over but never have we accomplished a hole in the wall.

Now I know accidents happen, that is life. Just call and they will rectify the issue. Right? This time my husband calls and we get the owner of Molly Maid.

THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. We were told we were being hostel, and they will not be returning to our home for a redo. Why? Because we are upset about the cleaning services? Or maybe it was the damage to the wall and the probability of my toddler falling through the gate because they failed to notify us of the damage?

The Owner wouldn't even let my husband speak and kept talking over him. Just plan rude, like he was ready for a fight.

Forever grateful for the first cleaning and the professionalism from the works but this second go around wasn't worth it.

Guess who is going to be spending all her free time cleaning before Thanksgiving Dinner, this girl!

The two women who came to my house were kind, courteous, and professional. They did a fantastic job - not only did they clean everything I had pointed out, but they went above and beyond, tackling areas I didn’t even realize needed cleaning. I’ll definitely be using Molly Maids again in the future.

Actually impressed. Super easy to set up my appointment (I set it up on a Saturday for a Monday move out cleaning, so that’s also wonderful that they could do last minute), great communication, and very happy with the clean. I was concerned at first because my old place had quite a bit of dog hair, but when I went back to check after they were done there wasn’t a single hair anywhere. They even cleaned behind the appliances. Price was extremely reasonable as well and ended up being much lower than anywhere else I was quoted. I am definitely using Molly Maid again in the future.

Leeann and Lacey got my place downtown looking great. They are easy to work with (we have a ton of security and keys) but they are patient with me and getting the building staff to let them in. I appreciate it greatly and love
Coming home to a clean house. They also put up with my puppy who I’m sure is in the way while they clean.
