I had to do a full house clean out. Heavy furniture, nasty old appliances, and built up junk since b4 i was born. I called these guys and man they came through like professionals from the jump. They were on time and respectful moving couches, fridges, heavy stuff didn't matter, and never once scratched up the floors or walls. I appreciated most how cool and down to earth they are. they didn't cut any corners, or take too long. Real honest work at a price i could afford. Best junk removal service ever!!! Justin and Mason from Affordable Junk Removal came out literally within an hour of my call. They were super friendly and were able to take all of our embarrassing junk furniture, disgusting large rugs, leftover construction debris, and some heavy vintage objects (e.g., a fire hydrant - omg!) that our family members could never even budge. I really love their judgment-free system of charging based on the cubic yard. In the past, I've had some companies come out and claim they do it by volume but then assign a removal price for each individual piece. Perhaps the price comes out the same however way you calculate it, but for me personally, knowing what each pesky little item costs to discard really messes with my psychology (i.e., guilt, shame). Affordable Junk Removal was so nice in that even though I apologized for some items being too yucky or heavy, they constantly reassured me that it was totally okay and normal!! The entire job was super pleasant and positive. The price was VERY reasonable. In fact, it was worth every penny to get back all of this space in our house. Yay!!! I cannot recommend Affordable Junk Removal enough!! Seriously, thank you!!!!!

I called Affordable Junk Removal for some very last minute items I needed moved before my lease is done. Justin was so helpful & friendly and got me scheduled for the very next morning! I called the evening before & am so thankful he was able to schedule this so quickly!
Justin & Robert moved a HUGE China cabinet with a matching dining room table & chairs as well as a couch. I'm still so impressed because the China cabinet is sooo heavy. Justin and his crew were terrific. I contacted him from out of town, and he agreed to meet a few days later at the house whose attic and cellars needed to be cleared out. In the meantime, he kept in contact with me. Very professional. On the agreed day, when it looked like a broken machine at the dump would delay their arrival, Justin immediately texted me with their new ETA, assuring me that they would arrive soon and finish the job quickly. Boy, did they-- in the heat up and down flights of stairs. And they did a great job, especially with the disgusting wash and coal cellars. The next day they repeated the process at another house. Their rates are fair-- by the cubic yd. with a small surcharge for stairs and a discount for volume. I should add that Justin is congenial, and he was even willing to help me find a tradesman for a repair. In short, I would hire Affordable again in a flash-- as would a friend of mine, who witnessed the process.

I used them on an investment property in Akron. They were same day service for a dumpster and communicated perfectly. I will be using them over and over in Akron with this kind of service and communication.
