They were so awesome. They pressure cleaned a huge oil stain from my concrete driveway. Saved me a ton of money with their reasonable prices and wouldn’t leave until the stain on my concrete was invisible. You’ll be glad you called them!

I was moving out of my rental house and just needed a professional crew to give it a last dusting after all my stuff was out. Very impressed with the job Clearwater Cleaners did! They cleaned all my kitchen appliances (oven, stove, etc), dusted ceiling to floor and all the light fixtures, scrubbed the bathroom sinks and tub, and mopped. They even offered to carry up some large furniture items from the basement so I can call the trash company to take them away. Very nice and polite to work with, and they invited me to do a look over after each room so I could nitpick. The whole house looks amazing! 100% recommend Clearwater Cleaners

I had them do previous work for me and they did a decent job and very well priced. Well now I’ve sold my house and am in the process of moving out. I asked to have a light taken down and a ceiling fan put in its place. He showed up yesterday. Charged an outrageous amount this time. I assume he figured he wasn’t getting any more business from me so he should overcharge me. Light seemed fine at first but after about 5 minutes started to constantly flicker. I contacted him and he said he would be out between 5 and 6 today. He never showed up and hasn’t responded to my texts. He basically ripped me off since he knew I was moving.

UPDATE. the check bounced because I put a stop payment on it after he refused to respond to my texts about fixing the light. He said he would come out but never did and never answered my text. He charged me $350 to take down a light and put up a ceiling fan. He did that because he knew he would not be getting anymore business from me. So beware if you plan on moving don’t tell this guy. He will rip you off. And I’m glad check didn’t go through. I wasn’t sure I got stop payment in on time.
