Excel is excellent- efficient, on time, excellent work. We have used a handful of cleaners over the years, but Excel is the best- esp Kevin who works around my kids, our dog, a chaotic houseful, while also providing great service. We are always happy with the results.

We are very impressed with Excel even our Realtor is impressed and would like to use them in the future. We had stains in the carpet after an estate sale. Excel got it cleaned and made it all look great. If you need carpet cleaning, this company is THE BEST!

All the five-star reviews are accurate, service was excellent from first phone call through every stage of cleaning and follow up. Chris and his crew cleaned some very old and unconventional floors in our century home, tile, slate, and cork. We didn't expect them to look brand new of course, but they were definitely revived, going from dingy to beautiful with an old patina underneath. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had such a great experience with Excel! Scheduling was so easy and we were able to get on the schedule pretty quickly. Our service technician Anthony was great. he called with a heads up when he was on his way which is always nice. He explained the process and talked about some of the set in stains and what to expect after the cleaning. The carpet looks great and the cost was very reasonable! We would definitely recommend this company!

Chris cleaned my couch yesterday and did an awesome job. All stains gone. Chris was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We were hoping having some of the carpet cleaned would mean only having to replace some of the flooring in our new home before we moved in. We were shocked how amazing it looked when excel was complete. We also added on cleaning the tile and grout throughout the kitchen and entry way to save us having to scrub it. It definitely looks better than anything we would have been able to do ourselves. Excel bought us a lot more time before replacing the rest of the flooring in our new home. We could not be happier with the results and professionalism of our cleaner. We will definitely be using them again

We were recommended by our carpet installer to use Excel Carpet Cleaning a few years ago and since had them out a second time. We were in need of a short notice cleaning before the holidays and they accommodated us quickly. Their cleaning services have always been great and the owners and service people always very professional. Excel is first on my list for future cleanings.

We had our carpets cleaned recently and team member, Andrew did a really nice job. He cleaned all of our carpets, one of our couches, and also treated some pet-stained areas on a throw rug. Everything came out looking and smelling fresh, and the attention to detail really showed. The couch especially looks great! Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Excel Carpet & Tile Cleaning and would use them again.

I have used both area rug and upholstery cleaning services, and both were TERRIFIC !!
I used their rug cleaning service about a year ago. I dropped off an 8 x 10 wool rug at their facility. The rug was nice and clean and the job was done in exactly the time-frame they said it would be.
Last week I had my furniture cleaned - a couch, a loveseat and three chairs. Several of these pieces had been peed on by my cat. There was a very noticeable odor. My house did not reek of cat, but when you go close enough to the furniture, you could definitely smell it. Andrew was very kind, non-judgmental, and worked diligently to remove as much of the odor as possible. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB !! I do not have to replace my furniture !!

We've used Excel for years to clean our rugs. This is the first time we had carpet cleaning. Andrew went over what areas might need extra care. He did a fantastic job. Gave us clear instructions on when and how to return our rooms to full use. He was very polite. Prior to the visit, we received clear instructions to prepare for the visit. We were given a time frame for our visit and Andrew kept us updated on his arrival.

My husband and I are so pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Andrew at Excel. He came in very professional, kind and did a thorough job in our family room and our basement stairs. We saw the difference right away and even more so when it dried. We will be calling on Excel for our future carpet cleaning needs.

Carpet cleaning our house filled with four kids, four large, hairy dogs and a couple cats is no easy task. Excel has been coming to our house multiple times a year for over the last 10+ years and they truly are the BEST. The process from booking, to the time they leave my house is seamless perfection. At times they have even been able to come out for emergency accidents with older pets. Professional, timely, friendly and down to earth, they are amazing. Please call them first!

When recently visiting my daughter, my dog got into a powdered candy that left a very colorful stain on her brand new carpet. We attempted to get it up but did not want it to set-in. I got a referral from a local friend and went online to book a service ASAP. They had availability the next business day and were able to quote me over via the online system. I got email communication confirming the appointment and paid a $39 deposit. Andrew call about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and let me know he was on his way. He was cheery and professional. He assesed the carpet and understood my concern for not wanting to pay for a cleaning and then have to replace the carpet. He said he felt he could probably get it out and got straight to work. It was awesome. The carpet looks great as does the other carpet he offered to clean as a part of their 3 room package. And the price was terrific. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. Thorough fast and friendly, all at a good price. In my book that's five stars.

I used this company to steam the carpets throughout my house. The tech who came out, Andrew, was very polite and wasted no time getting them cleaned.
He did the job in a timely manner and answered any questions I had, I am pleased with the results. My carpet looks as new as the day I first moved in, and the price for the job was reasonable.
I will say however, the stated dry time of 4-6 hours given is not accurate. It took all day and overnight for the carpet to completely dry out, even with regular airflow from my furnace.
I recommend this company for any carpet cleaning jobs you might have, I will be using them as my primary cleaning company going forward.

Excel carpet and tile cleaning literally saved my couches. My custom made couches were only a few years old made with a high performance fabric. No matter what I used to spot clean it- it would marble and they looked terrible. I called Excel and spoke with Stephanie and Chris who felt very confident that they could save my couches. Thesent out Kevin who came in and diagnosed the problem immediately. I left for work and whe time I got home I was blown away. They look brand new! They have cleaned my carpets for years- now they will be cleaning my couches too!
