Tyler went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what would be best for our sectional and carpet. Our home smells so clean and fresh and our sectional and carpet already looks brand new and it’s not even dry yet! We will definitely be using Tyler again! He’s very thorough and so kind! Highly recommend :-)

Our technician Ryan was punctual, professional, and courteous. He explained the treatment, ask questions, and determined the safest way to bring equipment into our home. He worked quickly, showing the difference in the carpet with the tablet images. What a difference!!! I recommend S.S. to anyone getting estimates from other carpet cleaning companies that are outrageous. The price was affordable, all done online, and communication via text.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Stanley Steemer’s air duct cleaning team! They were so nice, professional, and thorough from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Tim and Dave, ask for them when you book!

Not only did they make everything look spotless and beautiful, but they were also honest and transparent. They actually reduced the original quote because some of the work turned out not to be necessary, that kind of integrity is rare these days!

To top it off, Dave even offered to let us borrow his personal ladder from home so we could install our new filters ourselves. Talk about going above and beyond!

Stanley steamer and especially Troy did an outstanding job. Pre-spotting, cleaning everything, the carpet came out like new. This carpet is 17 1/2 years old!! Very respectful of all of the furniture, all the walls, the woodworking everything. I would definitely hire them again. I've used them a number of times in the past.

Kurtis & Jacob were very friendly and explained the whole process. Doing some improvements in my home I noticed how dirty my vents for heating/A/C were. So I called Stanley Steamer as I had used them for carpet cleaning. They took before and after pictures of my ductwork. I am so incredibly pleased with results. They cleaned everything up and left no mess of any kind. My home feels so clean I am just so happy! I would recommend Kurtis and Jacob to family and friends. I was surprised I was able to get on the schedule before the holidays. More surprising, we just cleaned our own carpet about a month ago (just main 2 rooms), I could not believe the amount of dirt that was lifted from the carpets. Troy and Ron were the crew that came out. They arrived on time, very polite and professional. I walked them through the house and let them do their thing. The house looks and smells amazing. I’ve used other companies in the past but never got the results we did with Stanley Steemer. I will be using them again and highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Stanley Steemer since 1995. Getting "clean" 🤣 for the holidays. Today I had one of the nicest, friendliest, thorough , efficient young man clean 3 areas for me. Romelo did an excellent job from start to finish. Pretreated areas, took great care of moving things, worked on pricing for me and the carpet looks fantastic! Will request him next time and recommend him highly!

Chase and Blake from the Akron branch did a wonderful job. They showed up on time, were polite, professional, and made our 7 year old furniture look much younger! Money well spent to turn the clock back on our sectional and love seat in our family room so we can get more years out of it. Strongly recommend these guys and doing the deodorant and protection packages on top of the cleaning.

Stanley steemer is my preferred cleaning service, this is my second time using them. They offer so much at a reasonable rate! Staff is always friendly and super helpful.
