The two women who came to my house were kind, courteous, and professional. They did a fantastic job - not only did they clean everything I had pointed out, but they went above and beyond, tackling areas I didn’t even realize needed cleaning. I’ll definitely be using Molly Maids again in the future.

Actually impressed. Super easy to set up my appointment (I set it up on a Saturday for a Monday move out cleaning, so that’s also wonderful that they could do last minute), great communication, and very happy with the clean. I was concerned at first because my old place had quite a bit of dog hair, but when I went back to check after they were done there wasn’t a single hair anywhere. They even cleaned behind the appliances. Price was extremely reasonable as well and ended up being much lower than anywhere else I was quoted. I am definitely using Molly Maid again in the future.

Leeann and Lacey got my place downtown looking great. They are easy to work with (we have a ton of security and keys) but they are patient with me and getting the building staff to let them in. I appreciate it greatly and love

I paid over $300 for them to come clean my house. They came 45 minutes late cleaned for maybe an hour and a half. After they left, I looked around the house. Everything was still dusty and dirty. There was dirt on the windowsills, there were still dust in the bathroom on the lights behind the shower fixtures. I called the manager sent her pictures of evidence still needed to be cleaned and had them come out again and clean. I was informed it was going to be a different team to clean the house. The same team showed up cleaned for maybe 30 minutes and left. I walked around the house, looking for a specific things that I asked them to clean. The cabinets were so sticky door handles were still dusty and dirty. They’ve cleaned the front of the shower fixtures and not the back of the shower fixtures. There were still dust everywhere. I spent hours cleaning the house myself. So I called the manager of the company and they offered me a $65 refund for a cleaning job, I did myself. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They were at my house cleaning for maybe 1 1/2 hours, they said that the initial cleaning would take anywhere between 2-4 hours and I was completely fine with that. I was not informed that the house would need extra cleaning and I was not offered the extra cleaning. The house was empty and available for cleaning for any period of time.

Clarissa, Kayla & Stevie came and did a move-out, move-in clean on our new house on the Portage Lakes. It was a real mess and they did a fantastic job. Wiped down all the cabinets, cleaned out the cupboards and did a lot of extras. House looked and smelled like new when they finished. Highly recommend!

The crew was very professional and used a notebook w Sarah's (the estimators) notes about each room; they were also sociable and fun to talk with, enjoyed our nosey new kitten even when he got in the way; the house hadn't been cleaned in awhile and we payed for a bit of extra time to complete the initial clean. What a great feeling to finally have a clean house!

Molly Maid saved the day! I was headed home from my deployment earlier than expected, and was trying to get things in order last minute. Molly Maid worked with me through multiple day/time changes, and ended up fitting me in on a Saturday morning! The team, Lacey and Serenity, did an OUTSTANDING job! My home was clean and cozy. These wonderful ladies even left me a Welcome Home gift bag 🥹🥹🥹 It was such a wonderful surprise. Thank you ladies!!

The team came in to clean and did a fair job. They missed a few simple things that I reviewed with the person before they were scheduled like dusting the furniture. They also did not take the trash out nor did they clean the plunger holder. I think I will try another company. $260 for a 1000 ft.² condo
