I hired this cleaner to clean out our in-law suite after my sister and her fiance moved out and I was going to move in. She did an amazing job, cleaned top to bottom and I was really happy with it, she was also super sweet and kind when I told her my situation (living there because I deal with chronic illness and I just don’t have the energy to clean). I would happily have her come again to clean!

I reached out to Serenity Cleaners to have them clean my parents' house during one of my mom's chemo treatments. After some miscommunication about what was to be cleaned on an initial visit, Joy called me to diagnose what went wrong and offered to make it right. And she delivered. Anthony showed up for the second cleaning and he absolutely nailed it. They did such a good job, they earned repeat business from my parents. Can't recommend their cleaning and professionalism enough.

Anthony arrived precisely on time. He was very polite & respectful , even our dogs liked him- ( best judge of character). He went straight to work & used the special products I supplied for our countertops & floors. Everything was spotless!

Jessica was our cleaners today. We scheduled a move out clean before we placed our house on the market. She was wonderful. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Our house is immaculate, and it smells fresh, without a chemical smell. Jessica went above our expectations, she even took the time to straighten our toddlers toys. Thank you!

They say they make changes, and still the same things are not clean. I was told the cleaner would change due to low standards. Then the same cleaner kept coming. Do not trust this on the surface. My experience with this company is 2 stars. Also for some unexplain reason, I was charged a separate, undisclosed service fee of $29 in addition to the cleaning fee. No one can explain why, then they took it off when it was questioned, but still recurring for following weeks. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I hired Serenity Cleaning for a pre-move-in clean and paid extra for services like the fridge, stove, and other deep-cleaning tasks. Despite these add-ons, the cleaners were only there for about 2 hours and left several areas noticeably untouched. The fridge still had visible crumbs, the stove wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and windows and light switches were still dirty. Even the baseboards and corners—which are standard in a deep clean—were missed. For the price and type of service advertised, I expected a much more detailed and professional job. I ended up having to clean most of it myself. I wouldn’t recommend them for move-in cleaning or any service that requires real attention to detail.

Paid extra for oven, fridge and cabinets and windows to be cleaned and they were not touched. Do not book these cleaners, they left dust everywhere and I would never book again

Charity was prompt and did an excellent job. House smelled very clean. My wife was very satisfied. I would recommend Serenity Clean. Definitely will use the service again!

my serenity cleaners were amazing. They help me clean out my parents farmhouse, which had over 60 years of life in it. They wash walls, cleaned out the refrigerator wash windows cleaned out the stove, cleaned out the basement. The house was more beautiful than it had been in years. It would’ve made my parents so happy if I had done this before they passed. You cannot go wrong with serenity. Thank you so much.

And they are cheaper than other places. My house is large and other places quoted $500+. I got them for $330 ($230 after the referral discount 😃) and they did more than those other companies would have!

I signed up for recurring service—again, cheaper than others.

I used Serinity Clean to clean my aunt's apt. She was recuperating from an illness and could not clean herself. I got the deep clean package and my sunt can't say enough good things about the young lady that came. She was so pleased and thankful for her dedication in making her home feel great again. I will definitely use Serinity Clean again!
