Store not open during hours posted. Unpleasant to shop as their customer service is poor. We have been taking our business elsewhere which is too bad as we prefer to support local. I’ll add that not being open on a Saturday is an issue, overpriced and rarely stocked.

Called to try to have some work done on our indoor in ground pool. I was told pool season is coming up to call back in the fall. I’m sorry so if I had an outdoor pool everything would be ok? If this problem existed in the fall I would’ve called then. I guess my money is no good for you guys. Thanks for nothing I will be finding a different pool company to handle my needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Don’t waste your time. They’ll charge you an extra 3.75% for using a credit card. The “sign” is posted at the cash register, by the time you see the miniature “sign” they’ve already swiped your card. Everything’s already extremely over priced. The owner is straight up unpleasant. There’s no such thing as customer service here. Not to mention her ill mannered dog. Lastly, they don’t even keep the hours they have posted. These have been my experiences at aqua pool. It’s worth the drive to classic pools. I will never go back. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

3. Too little too late. Thanks but no thanks. I already had a terrible taste in my mouth from her.
4. Owned and sold a small business, good luck your service is miserable. Find another way to shaft your clients.

Terrible experience. They over charged $1400 basically stealing money on the clock, and the manager initially tried to accuse me of lying until I provided proof. Despite the situation, I was still willing to continue working with them, but the manager then falsely claimed they were no longer accepting clients after the incident. On top of that, the manager always has a nasty attitude whenever I talk to her.

I always have a great experience with Aqua Pools! They help me open and close a 28,000 gallon residential apartment complex pool each year and are always amazing. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team at Aqua Pools! You guys rock!

We love Aquapools! Nip did an amazing job helping us rebuild our in-ground pool. He even made it possible for us to include new steps into the design. We would absolutely use them again in the future!

I don’t own a pool, but I am a frequent user of several different friends’ pools who have used Aqua Pools. Their pools are all gorgeous and perfect! They only have good things to say: quality service, experienced technicians and super friendly and accommodating office staff. If I were fortunate enough to have my own pool I would hire them in a heartbeat!
