We couldn’t be more pleased with the job that Aqua Pools did!
Not only did they repaint the pool, but they repaired many cracks, crumbling concrete and leaking seams.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! Aqua Pools is my go to for all my pool needs. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I trust them! I can’t say enough amazing things about this company! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the entire process stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning—our pool looks like something out of a resort! This pool company is completely unprofessional. They drove through our front yard instead of using either of our TWO driveways which were available. Additionally, they left some kind of powder everywhere next to the pool. We have a puppy and who knows what kind of chemical it is that she now has access to. This service was roughly $600 and when we told them how unhappy we were with the service they did not respond. Take your business elsewhere. We will not be hiring them again.

The owner of Aqua Pools claims that I am a competitor and my review is violating the Google Review Policies. We were definitely customers of theirs. Actually, we, as the homeowners, didn’t hire them but they were hired by the Real Estate Agent who sold us the home. The job was to be done through an Escrow account. Aqua Pools was supposed to do the job in the Summer months. We moved into the home on June 1st, 2015 and they were supposed to do the job that week. They didn’t show up until July. Phil, the owner said “Why don’t we come back after the holiday weekend so you can swim on the 4th of July.” They then didn’t show up until August to start the work. They kept working a day or two and said they’d be back on Monday. (No-Shows every Monday) This happened for months. Eventually, it got too cold and they wanted to come back in the spring of 2016.
The Escrow company finally told us that the job had to be completed by December or the money would be sent to the Sellers.
We were in a position of… Do we let the money go back to the Sellers and hope that they would give us the money. ($19,000) or, do we trust Aqua Pools to give them the money and hope they finish the job. Needless to say, we trusted them, gave them the money and didn’t hear from them again.

Also, if I need to add every photo and video I have of the progress of this job, I will provide them. When we purchased this home, it had a 8 Security Camera system set up. I have video of all of their workers urinating in our yard, spitting everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere in our yard etc…

What they left us with was so destroyed that we tried to get estimates from other companies who all said that it would cost the same to just dig a new hole and put in a new pool. Which, is in fact what we ended up doing. So, when I say our money was stolen, it is a fact! Not an accusation, or a competitor writing a false review.

When I added my initial review, Chris from their office frantically tried to contact me asking if there was anything she could do to get me to take it down. I knew that she wouldn’t be willing to write us a check for $19k, so I ignored her. (She is a mean, wicked human being)

This company stole $19,000 from us. They asked for money so they could buy materials, so we trusted them to finish the job which was already approaching a full year. We gave them the money and never saw, or heard from them again. I’ll attach photos of their “Finished” repairs.

A neighbor recommended this company to reroof my house after they fixed issues from another roofing company on her house.

This company is fantastic. They worked hard, did a fantastic job and somehow cleaned everything up. I have yet to even find a nail in my yard, which i expected.

I would not hesitate to hire this company again!

I had called another company to fix some loose siding and they never showed up or returned my calls so I called Safeguard Exteriors and spoke with Bert who came the same day and was able to fix it then and there. He was very pleasant and explained what happened to the siding and what he did to fix it. If I have any other exterior repair needs I will definitely call Safeguard again for fast and excellent service!

A storm damaged our roof in early spring 2017. Safeguard came out the same day we called them and even tarped the roof incase it rained or snowed. They worked with our insurance company and took care of everything for us. With in a few weeks when the weather was better the replaced our roof in one day. I highly recommend Safeguard Exteriors & Restoration.

Dominic does exceptional work. We have known him for the past 20 years. He has painted at my parent's home, later at my parent's condo, my brother's home and in March 2016, he and his crew painted 8 rooms in my home. Some repair to the walls was necessary and the job is perfect. I never expected anyone could make walls look brand new. Dominic is also an expert on matching colors and is up to date on the current color trends in home decor. Highest recommendation!!!
