We are thrilled with the results of the carpet cleaning Andrew from Excel did for us today. We had three bedrooms that needed refreshing! They all look brand new now ! We highly recommend this company and Andrew to do your carpet cleaning!

Excel always does a wonderful job for our carpet cleaning needs. Their techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Highly recommend!

The young man was very careful to protect anything that was not being cleaned. He was friendly and explained everything that he was doing. My furniture and carpets he cleaned look wonderful. I had this company clean my carpets before we moved into the home 9 years ago and was pleased with them then. I would highly recommend Excel for any floor and upholstery cleaning.

I had two carpeted rooms cleaned along with stairs and a hallway. Excel did a great job. Very professional, careful with minimal intrusion during the work. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Kevin cleaned the sofa and living room/dining room carpet. Excellent job. well done. Kevin stays “on task” the entire time he is working in the home. I feel very fortunate to have found a wonderful company to help care for my home.

Best carpet cleaning ever!! We did not think they would be able to get the stains out of our stairs runner…. It was a beige runner and was heavily stained…. We were thrilled with the results!! We will definitely be using them again!!

Fantastic service as always from the team at Excel. Booking with Stephanie is super simple, and she promptly suggested times that would work well for me, and the appropriate tech to perform the job. A courtesy call prepared us for on-time arrival, and after walking the area (our basement) Owen quickly got to work. Professional, efficient, and personable - the basement is now super clean and ready for paint. We've used Excel in the past for carpets and stairs and they always do a terrific job. Can't say enough good things about their service and their team!

Chris and his staff did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing our tile floors. They look beautiful! Chris was very thorough and pleasant to work with.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! They cleaned both my carpets and couches, and everything looks fresh and spotless. The technician was very professional, kind, and polite, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail they put into their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, professional cleaning services!

Excel did a great job with our carpet cleaning needs and was very prompt and responsive with scheduling us very quickly. They were able to clean a very challenging berber carpet. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Excellent attention to detail — tech added corner guards to protect woodwork and other features — and the carpets came out cleaner than ever before. The whole process was quick and the carpet was almost totally dry the next day. I appreciated the extra efforts this tech (Kevin) made on my stairs because previous companies did not do a complete job. He also took the time to do a finish on all areas that just made everything look fabulous.

We have used Excel Carpet and Tile Cleaning twice where I work. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails. They do quality work at a fair price.

Excel always does a wonderful job on my carpets and upholstery.
I have used them for several years. Their service is reliable, always arriving on time and their communication is excellent responding quickly to emails and phone calls. My carpets and chairs look so fresh!

Excel is excellent- efficient, on time, excellent work. We have used a handful of cleaners over the years, but Excel is the best- esp Kevin who works around my kids, our dog, a chaotic houseful, while also providing great service. We are always happy with the results.

We are very impressed with Excel even our Realtor is impressed and would like to use them in the future. We had stains in the carpet after an estate sale. Excel got it cleaned and made it all look great. If you need carpet cleaning, this company is THE BEST!

All the five-star reviews are accurate, service was excellent from first phone call through every stage of cleaning and follow up. Chris and his crew cleaned some very old and unconventional floors in our century home, tile, slate, and cork. We didn't expect them to look brand new of course, but they were definitely revived, going from dingy to beautiful with an old patina underneath. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Excel Carpet and Tile Cleaning did an amazing job! Andrew was awesome — super friendly, quick, and efficient. My carpets look brand new, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a professional carpet cleaning service!

Did an EXCEL-lent job carpet cleaning our condos, marina office, and showroom offices. Staffing was extremely easy to converse with. We highly recommend their services for both residential and commercial applications. We will be using them again!

We recently had Excel out to (once again) clean the carpet in our showroom. As per usual, they did an outstanding job. They always accommodate us by working around our open hours to completely eliminate any disruption of our business. We highly recommend Excel and their wonderfully polite staff. Excellent job on the carpet!

My carpets turned out great! The service was done professionally by an Excel representative. I have used this company for many years 10+ and I have never been disappointed. They can usually get you an appointment within a week. I will always use them to clean my carpets…
