Siding Contractor reviews in Akron, Ohio

We hired Pence Bros. to replace some windows, siding, gutters and garage doors. With their suggestions, we transformed our house to a beautiful home. Daniel and Jon were very helpful and knowledgeable with taking our ideas to the next level. Everyone that worked on our home was very professional, respectful and did their jobs with pride. We highly recommend them for all the services they provide.

I had Pence Brothers do a full exterior renovation, including siding, window/door trims, gutters/downspouts, and porch ceiling/column wraps. I can’t say enough good things about the project. From my initial conversations with Jon and Daniel to their team of guys who arrived on time everyday. They were professional in all aspects of the job. Addressed my concerns and communicated with me throughout the project. The work was efficient and exceeded my (and my wife’s) expectations. Finally, the cleanup was amazing, they took their time and really made sure everything was better than when they got there. If you are looking for a top notch job at a fair cost, Pence Brothers is who I’d call!

Pence Brothers removed the siding, soffits, gutters and downspouts from my house, wrapped the house with insulation and then re-sided, wrapped the windows and doors with wide trim, installed new soffits, gutters, downspouts and gutter guard. OH MY! What a transformation! I can't believe how awesome it looks.
They arrived when there was 2 feet of snow on the ground, piled out of their vehicles and within minutes had shoveled an 8 foot path around the house and were tearing off the old siding. It was bitter cold yet they whistled as they worked. I am accustomed to construction crews being on the rougher side, but I never once heard a swear or foul word. Two of my neighbors also commented the same thing. They were polite, professional and worked from early morning to dusk. They finished the entire project in just two days. It was amazing!
They also custom-made board and batten shutters and window boxes which will be installed soon. New landscaping will come in the Spring and then I still want to do windows and hopefully a front deck - which I will definitely have Pence Bros. do. Their work is quality. I couldn't be happier.

Jacob was out so fast and helped to waterproof the roof while he worked to match the shingles. Excellent service! I would definitely recommend this company 💯

Pence Brothers pit a new roof and gutters on my in-laws home and they did a terrific job. Workers arrived early, were very courteous and professional. Roof was done in one day and looks great. Area was left clean and free of nails. Guys for gutters came couple days later and they were also exceptional. Even had them replace my front gutter on my house and now it looks sooo much better. Very happy with craftsmanship and pricing. Would highly recommend.

I needed siding on just a small section of my house.A few companies turned me down or just didn’t answer my e-mails.
Because it was a small job.., Daniel came out did some measurements and gave me a very fair quote.Hunter came out and installed insulated siding, he worked very fast and very clean,
it looks like an original part of the house. . When I need work on my house done if it’s a service they provide, I will hire them again, I’m very happy
Pence Bros was the best choice , I’m glad they will do smaller projects when other companies couldn’t be bothered

Very, very, very happy with Pence Bros service. If you want great service, fast and friendly work give them a call! We had siding, windows and doors done. They have great workers who work good together, very dedicated to details winding up with quality workmanship! They introduced us to Provia Windows and Doors from Sugarcreek, Ohio.
Just had a roof done, once again what a great job!
Thanks Pence Brothers

We had Pence Bros replace our roof and it was wonderful! From quoting to showing us shingle options and completing the job in a day it couldn't have been any better! Highly recommended :)

Pence Bros put in a deck and porch roof for us. They handled the design, drawings, permits, build, and clean up very well. Pricing was upfront and consistent; the only changes were where we requested change orders. The work crews were very respectful of our property and did very high quality work. Daniel, the project contact, was very easy to work with. I would happily use Pence Bros again.

I needed 2 basement windows replaced that were rotting out and I didn’t want glass block .I have tried for 2 years to find someone. I would contact people and they never called back and I had one person come out but they never got back to me. I got a reference from my neighbor who had used The Pence Brothers. I called them and they got back to me in 24 hours. Daniel who was very pleasant and professional came out and he got an estimate to me within a couple days via email . It took a couple months to get on the schedule but oh was it worth the wait. The man who came out did an excellent, meticulous, professional job! I highly recommend The Pence Brothers and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with Pence Bros. I am a very particular person. It took me several months to make a decision on the color, at no time was I made to feel pressured into making a decision I was not 100% comfortable with. I used the software from Gentek to upload a photo of my home, change the color of the siding, add trim, remove shutters, etc. I was impressed on how similar the end result was to the screen shot I saved. The whole crew was very polite and professional. They respected my home and took the time to answer questions that I had. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up around the home of all construction debris. I highly recommend Pence Bros for your home’s roof and siding replacement.

We are very pleased with the work done by Pence Bros! They got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. It truly looks amzing! We had all new siding, downspouts, and doors installed. I would highly recommend.

Pence Brothers replaced our siding as part of an insurance claim. They took care of meeting with the adjustor and handling the claim. They also replaced a deck on the back of the house. All of the work was completed beautifully and they cleaned up after themselves. The crews were polite and considerate. Communication via phone, text and in person was very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Pence Bros. for the quality of their work and for their integrity.

Too bad there isn't a 10 star option. I woke up with my old roof and by evening the whole roof and skylights and shed had a beautiful new roof. Everything was clean and looks picture perfect. I'm in love with the new look but most of all is the level of professionalism and respect of property that the guys show while getting the job done.

Pence Bros did a magnificent job on our roof. They helped us with our insurance claim and were extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of our project. My wife and I hole heartedly recommend them.
They are fantastic.

Very professional. Jeremy came out gave estimate and work was started on day set up and completed same day. Cleaned up after and did some follow up work extra. So appreciated the ease of dealing with Pence team

I've had Pence Bros come out twice this year, both times went well. Patrick fixed some siding, and some garage trim. He did excellent work! I'll definitely call them again for future projects. Thank you!

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Jeremy Pence of Pence Brothers for helping us with our roof damage from a recent wind storm. I called on a Monday and he was out to look at my roof by Wednesday afternoon. He took a look at our roof and explained our options for how to proceed with a permanent fix while also offering a short term fix while we weigh out our options. Based on his kindness, knowledge, experience, timeliness and flexibility I will be recommending Pence Brothers to everyone in the Chagrin Falls area. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

We had a water leak that another company tried to fix unsuccessfully. Jeremy came out to take a look. He was able to assess the problem and fix the roof/siding issue all in one day. He did great work and the price was reasonable. We will definitely keep them in mind for future projects. We highly recommend Pence Bros!

We had our front porch enclosed with windows and a door. Our house is over 100 years old so nothing is square. Daniel and his team designed the porch and offered a few options. We are so pleased with the awesome job they did! Daniel adjusted when we made additional changes during the project. All of his team members were very professional and tidy. They completed the job in 2 days and left everything spotless! I highly recommend using Pence Brothers!
