Best plumbing company in the Alliance area. The owner is a really cool guy. His fiance is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Highly recommend them for anything.

My wife and I had Alliance Drain & Plumbing come out for a quote for a water heater, water softener, and a pressure tank. The two guys that came out were great, they made it sound like they could do it and I would have my quote in a week or so. That was 9/6/24. Today is Thursday 10/3/24. Still no quote. I called about a week after they came and the girl in the office said I would have my quote in the mail at the end of the month, still nothing. I called Monday 9/30/24 and she said they still haven’t gotten it done and I would hear from her the next day (Tuesday). No call back. I called this morning and no answer. I’m assuming they don’t want to do the work at my house? No problem just tell me that because Im sure I can find someone else to do it. We just really wanted to work with someone close to our house and that seemed like a reputable company. Like I said, the two guys that came out seemed great, but to not even get a quote back or response to my call and a call back is unacceptable.

Alliance Drain and Plumbimg. The 2 guys who came out were awesome. Very thorough and explained everything to me. They did an awesome job fixing problem and we're very honest. Will definitely use them again!

I was flush with worry when my pipes backed up, but these folks really rose to the occasion! They came out fast, didn’t drain my wallet, and had everything flowing smoother than my grandma’s gravy.

The plumber was so good, I’m convinced they have a PhD in unclogology. Courteous, professional, and didn’t crack under pressure (though I can’t say the same for my toilet).

If your plumbing’s giving you grief, don’t just pipe down—call these guys. They’ll wipe your problems clean in no time!

I just had Alliance Drain and plumbing at my home to clear my main drain pipe. Dustin was very polite and informative. He took me through step-by-step of what he was doing. Very nice.

When Madison answered the phone, she was very nice, friendly, and helpful and arranged for Dustin to come quickly and within my schedule. Dustin came on time, was exceptionally nice and informative, and did a wonderful and complete job. He also cleaned up when the job was done. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will have absolutely no hesitation about calling Alliance Drain and Plumbing when/if I need them again.

The plumber was on time & friendly. We discussed the work needed on the toilet & I approved it. He got the parts from his truck & repaired my toilet quickly & cleanly. The toilet works great now and is quieter than it has been. The price was very good also.
