I have used them for 15+ years for all my plumbing needs and they do an awsome job and stand behind their work.

We needed a new water heater quickly, and it was installed less than 3 hours after I called and spoke with Mark. Thank you for the great service and professionalism.

Freddy and Zach came out today and were so kind and friendly. They greeted me and my pets with care and compassion. They were able to trace down very quickly the plumbing leaks and come up with a solution. It is great to see young people like them and myself in the field proving to the world that not all millennials are incompetent. Thank you LPH Mechanical and Staff!

Definitely on the fence on if I'd uses again. I had booked them to do a Backflow Test on my commercial location.
Scheduling was questionable at best. I was told he'd show in 2 weeks with no real date/time mentioned. Called middle of week three and someone did show up. Come to find out there isn't any such mechanism in my building. Plumbing isn't my forte and I was told to get an inspection regardless if mechanism was there.
That fiasco ended with tech assuring me he'd file the paperwork required to the proper department(s). This was all done in November.
This week not only do I get a notice that the paper wasn't filed and it's assumed I never had the inspection done, but when I reach out to LPH I find the only "paperwork" filed was just a poorly done letter stating there wasn't a Back Flow mechanism. The paper I'd given them to send out had funny little boxes like "Business Name/Location", " Technician Name", ect.
Are they good with other services? I imagine so with the 4.6 stars before my add in. Commercial services? I hope I just had a little bad luck.

Evan and his team did a amazing job, very professional And the work was fast and they cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!!

We had a major problem at our house (or what we would consider major) in which out water had to be shut off to resolve the issue. Not only was the entire staff friendly, but they kept us informed in every step making sure we k ee when they were coming and everything that may need to be done. Huge shout out to Freddy for coming and taking care of the ousted pipe! He literally was a lifesaver and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place if you need anything done!

Called for a quote. They supplied a number that was reasonable. The very next day it increased by 30%.

I reminded that I was given a quote prior.

The representative didn't acknowledge that the quote was already given and wished me luck. I have no experience in doing business with this company other than the poor quoting process.

They may do great work just be aware that their prices may increase.

Hot water tank was acting up and I called after hours. The first thing the next morning I received a call and they sent Bryan out to look at it. Bryan had my hot water tank working in about a half-hour. Great service!! Will definitely use again.

What was a bad day was made better by the fact that the plumbers (Freddy and Zach) were able to come out and replace our water tank the same day and in a timely manner. Moreover, I appreciated the very kind and professional manner in which I was treated. It’s definitely a bummer when these things happen, but it makes it bearable when you have great individuals that provide excellent service. Thank you LPH Mechanical!

Called for an emergency situation and was told I'd receive a call as soon as they were done with an install. I didn't call anyone else as I was relying on them. Waited most of the day. Called them back in the afternoon and no one picked up....

Never called. Never showed up.

Unfortunately, lesson learned to go elsewhere from now on.

Thankfully another company kept their word and provided great service.

You'd think reliability would be important.

Had an unusual plumbing problem. Fred and Evan brainstormed and came up with the best solution for which I am extremely grateful. Both professional and respectful.

I had a pin hole in a copper water line. I called Monday morning and Freddie had it fixed before lunchtime.

Called today about a clogged drain ( bathroom sink ). Came out today, speedy, polite, very kind. They are my go to from now on. Thank you Fred!

We had our furnace go out on a Sunday during one of the coldest days of the year, Bryan was already out on a call and said he would be at my house next! They are not interested in having people pay more than necessary. Customer service was outstanding! I will use them agin and again!
