This is our first season with Eddington and from the 1st time they cut our grass there have been issues. My property has been damaged 4 times, none of it being properly repaired and none of the times was I made aware of the issue when it occurred. After the first time (they hit my mailbox and destroyed the post), I made it a habit to walk my property after they finished. The second time, the molding around my outside door was broken off, the third time they hit my picket fence and now it leans, and this last time they hit my brick fire pit and knocked it over.

I've contacted our account manager who has provided shoddy repairs to the mailbox and my door trim. The fencing and my firepit had yet to be acknowledged, when I found out my account manager was no longer with the company. I never received an email, nor did my neighbor who uses the same company and had the same account manager. My neighbor was only made aware of his absence when she called about her property being damaged. I emailed the operations manager last week and have yet to receive a response. I called today, and of course he's out of the office. Hands down the worst service and customer service I have ever received. It will be interesting to see if I actually receive a response and if they bother trying to remedy the situation. I won't be holding my breath.

The greatest customer service that I’ve had in a very long time Andrew is the account manager and is very responsive and you can tell he cares about his customers if I ever have a issue he is there immediately to fix it he goes above and beyond to explain anything and everything I may have questions about I would recommend eddington landscaping to anyone. His crews pay attention and are fabulous my lawn looks amazing I have not had any issues with the crew that takes care of my house if anyone is looking for lawn care I’d recommend eddington landscaping thank you guys for taking care of my lawn!!!! 🙂😃

The crew does a great job on the property I would highly recommend.Andrew is on point and always touches base with us to make sure everything is getting done correctly and that we are happy with the job .

Eddington Landscaping has been cutting our grass for years and they always do a wonderful job, they communicate with us when it has rained too much and they are concerned about leaving ruts on the ground, they do double cuts when needed, specially in the spring when the grass is growing super fast and if we ever have a special request, they are ready to get the work done. First, the crew is very good work with, my main contact Clayton is responsive to all of my questions and concerns! The work they did for me this time was removing excess mulch in the planting beds around the house and they did a complete and careful job!

Old shrubs removed and disposed of properly. New plants and trees planted with mulch placed leaving an attractive appearance.

Straight Line helped us with installing a BEAUTIFUL retaining wall on the side of our home! Their prices and timeliness were exactly what you’d expect of a profession, accountable company… they were even able to start the project a week ahead of time! Jayce was easy to communicate with and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process!
