How this company is in business blows my mind. I have put up with this company all season. Service is horrible and quality is subpar. The owner Joe NEVER returns calls or text. The Nov. 1 service, they did less than half my yard and I was charged full amount. I cancelled service, they still showed up Tues. My wife stop them, but they still charged me. AMEX is going after them now. I'm a small business owner going on 29yrs.and I can not imagine treating a customer like this.

Joe is very friendly and very professional. I just hired him this year to mow two of my properties and he does an excellent job. My lawn looks great and has looked great throughout the mowing season. He has been patient enough to answer my many questions and always willing to give advice when I asked. I highly recommend Joe and his crew.

My lawnmower broke and I had hired another company to cut my grass and they cancelled/didn’t show 4 times over a 2 week period, at this point my grass was super high and I was freaking out about how I was going to get it cut . I googled lawn care and found JRW Lawn Care website, I filled out the form and within a few minutes I received an email back, I called Joe and and he had me scheduled for a few days out. His team showed up when they said they would and did a great job on my extremely high grass. I was so relieved I just about cried. Super nice guy! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I used other grass cutting companies in my area and these guys are the BEST!!! They listen to what the customer wants. Dallas and Justin are very professional and took care of my yard like it was their own. When my low lying areas were wet they went around them and didn’t damage my lawn. I could always count on Dallas and Justin to be at my house every week making sure my grass was cut. I also liked that they knew me by name and would always make sure my family had adequate space to get in and out of our driveway. If you are looking for a quality team to take care of your yard call Joe and ask for Dallas and Justin, you won’t regret it.

I received a call from Joe on the same day that I asked for a quote and he added me to his schedule for that same week. He’s very friendly and professional, but the quality of work on my large hilly yard was the best of any lawn service we’ve tried. I was tired of giving my money away to big corporate lawn service companies, and JRW is local, reasonably priced, and consistent. We used them all last season and have no intention of switching our business again. They could charge SO MUCH more for the level of customer care and quality provided. Best lawn care value in greater Cincinnati!

The owner, Joe, is very responsive and professional. His team got our first mow completed, even with the heavy rain we've received lately! They went above and beyond to get our property looking clean and neat.

UPDATE! After using JRW Lawn Services for a few months, I can honestly say they are the best company we've used so far. They leave the lawn cut cleanly, edging is neatly done, trimming is done precisely, and they clean up, leaving my yard looking better than when they arrived. I am continually impressed with this company and highly recommend.

This is by far the worse landscaping company I have ever dealt with. After one summer of using them (2024). They charged my card three additional times. (October, November, December). Its hard to cut grass in December. I successfully had those charges reversed by my bank. In addition, there was a new charge posted to my card last week. I have submitted another charge reversal request. In addition, I have left Joe over 20 voicemails (on two different numbers), sent multiple texts, and multiple emails, asking him to stop charging my card, and to stay off my property. This all started last September, when I let them know I was going another direction. with landscaping. In addition to this review, I will be filing a claim with the BBB. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.

Yes the owner is a relative and we live out of state, but we needed help with our yard and we were not capable of doing it ourselves, so he came to us. We had a area in the front yard that had grass and it was mostly dead. We decided we didn’t want the grass, so Joe got rid of all the grass, treated the area with ground clear and spread out a contrasting rock in the middle of the front yard. He got rid of a lot of bushes in the front that were very messy and we had him plant different kinds of cactus to replace the bushes. It looks wonderful now because we do not have the mess from the bushes blowing everywhere. He also helped created a walk way from the patio down the side of our RV garage to and made a small patio area so we could sit in the shade of the hot sun and enjoy the view of the mountains and watch the Arizona sun sets. He is a very hard working individual and takes pride in the work that he does. You can count on JRW Lawn Care to take care of your yard and make it look beautiful. He did an excellent job for us. I just wish we lived closer but will not hesitate to have him come back to help again.

I have used JRW Lawn Care for almost four years and I am very pleased with the job they do. The guys who mow are friendly and respectful and they keep my yard looking great!

We have been using JRW Lawn Care for several years now. Very pleased with the work and weekly service - pricing is extremely reasonable and has remained consistent. Love the direct pay feature! The owner is very personable/friendly and responds very quickly any time we have a special request. We prefer to communicate via text and let’s say in close to 10 years the owner has responded promptly to each and every one of them - whether it be from myself or my husband. Thanks for the continued trustworthy and dedicated service JRW! Highly recommend them for your lawn care needs! !

We are very pleased with the services provided by Infinity Landscaping. They are always on time and their work is very professional. Their billing is detailed and easy to read.

Spencer has helped us on multiple occasions with our yard & has done a fantastic job every time. The previous owners did not care for the yard so when we moved in it was a mess - he was able to get it cleaned up & mowed nicely and has helped with our leaves on multiple occasions. We look forward to continue to use Infinity Landscaping Solutions for other lawn work we may need.

I would not recommend if you have time restraints.

The first interaction was good and they seem confident in the projects that I need completed.

The second interaction was a request to move a meeting to an earlier time of the day due to too much down time in their schedule.

I complied with their request and changing my work schedule but…

The third interaction was a cancellation and pushing the appointment back another week.

Their work looks amazing and they seem to be quite capable but my personal experience wasn’t desirable as timing was an issue (explained to them in the first interaction).

Now I get to rush to find someone who can meet my timeline. I should have chose better at the home and garden show.

Infinity Landscaping did a great job. The recent blight on boxwoods made it necessary to redo our front yard Landscaping. Sam came up with some great ideas and he and the Infinity team took out the old stuff and put in some new plants that look fantastic
In addition, they were able to put in a new patio just off our deck. I can't say enough about Spencer,Sam and the Infinity team. GREAT JOB!

Spencer and his team absolutely blew away all expectations! From the before picture below, you can see that this was not a simple project but a complete overhaul.

Everything was a 5 Star Experience! Communication, quality, kindness, respectfulness and professionalism. Beginning to end we felt our needs met and exceeded.

This crew not only were friendly but respectful of the fact that we have children. Never once did we hear any offensive language or music while they were working.

This will not be the last project we have Infinity out here for and I’m confident our neighbors will be hiring them for projects after they see what they did for us.

100% best option for a backyard project!

I have left numerous messages with their answering service for them to set an appointment form my elderly mother, and they have not called us back. They post on NextDoor as if they are a small family business, but once you call, you realize the person answering doesn't know anything and apparently doesn't relay the message. Frustrating!
