I had DM install a replacement toilet in the downstairs basement they where prompt ( I called them and they arrived within 2 hours)curtious and professional and reasonably priced. Would us them again and suggest them to anyone else to use.

My elderly mother called D M Plumbing because she had a water leak somewhere in her bathroom wall that needed fixed. The plumber from D M Plumbing said he would look over the situation and give her an estimate. After cutting 3 holes in the wall he still couldn't determine the source of the leak. Finally he thought he had narrowed it down to where the leak was coming after 3 hours of being there and found mold and determined he couldn't do anything else or look anywhere else until the mold was removed. We had someone come in and clean up the mold and we called the plumber back and he refused to come back. He charged my mother $219 without the estimate even given beforehand. We called another plumber who in the matter of 20 minutes determined the leak and fixed correctly. Obviously DM Plumbing is inept and felt they charged my mother before even giving her an estimate which seemed wrong to me.

I called this morning to get my ac fixed as it went out yesterday. They sent someone in the next available slot. He was kind and quick. The part was replaced without an issue.

I cannot believe how lucky I am to have found these guys! They do amazing work. I called due to a water heater failing and it was after hours. I talked to a gentleman who stayed on the phone with me answering all of my questions and then came out the next day. They we friendly, so knowledgeable and I feel like they went above and beyond. I will recommend them to anyone!!!

D M Plumbing and Heating is top of the line in my opinion. If you want a cheap patch to save money you don't want to go here. I have had several different employees come out to my mother's house for anything from leaky faucets to replacing water heaters and repairing furnaces to HVAC. They're best.IMHO

Called them in to evaluate an intermittent basement flooding problem. Thought for sure that it was a waste line back up problem and that the line needed to be snaked. The plumber spent about 45 minutes looking things over and then told me that while he was willing to clean out the line, he really didn't think that was the problem and advised I have the washer examined. I decided to follow his advice (and he turned out to be right). Despite spending a significant amount of time on site, DM did not charge me for the visit.

Great customer service from the phone call to make the appointment to the plumbers that came out to the house. Kind and very knowledgeable!!

When you find a good car mechanic, plumber, electrician, you keep them. DM Plumbing & Heating is my go-to for plumbing and HVAC issues. I have had them out many times for plumbing issues and routine HVAC maintenance and they have always been prompt, informative, reasonably priced and have never disappointed. I highly recommend DM Plumbing & Heating.

My sister and brother in law went out of town and a storm hit and of course the sump pump went out…I called DM and they responded quickly as it was after 10pm on a Saturday…arrived with in what seemed like only minutes and within the hour he had it fixed and working again…at an expected price for the after hour service and parts. Highly recommend.

I called this place because the reviews were great and they are a local business. I'm the manager of a small motel (111 rooms) and we are having hot water issues. They guys came out very fast checked everything out and said they just needed to order the part. Well a month went by and we never heard back from them. I call again the Receptionists was super nice and said she would look into it and call me back. 2 days go by we still never hear back do I call again to find out when they will be able to fix our issue that is when I'm told to call someone else! If you are not able to fix an issue you should tell the customer that instead of giving the run around for over a month. We have lost business bc of not being able to have enough hot water for all of our guest and now I have to start my search all over for a plumber again. Just not great customer service at all. Very disappointed because we try to use small local businesses as much at possible.

I have used DM plumbing on multiple times throughout the years, and they have always exceeded my expectations in the quality of work they provide. They were able to fix another company's work (hard lesson learned) in a timely manner. Thank you for being a company with integrity and always doing right by the customer.

I've had to call them twice in 3 years at my home. Never a good reason to have to call a plumber but, both times, the guys they sent out we're very nice and professional. My only complaint is on the second and most recent job, the price was a little steep considering the minimal labor and parts required to complete the job. I even helped the guy to make things easier! Guess I should have sent MY labor bill to the company! Good luck with that, right?!

A plumber came and looked at our hot water tank and we requested a quote to put a tray under it. He said it would take a day. No one ever called. I called the office and talked to the receptionist two weeks later and she didn't know why we didn't get a quote yet. She said she would get it asap and call me right back. She never called. I called two weeks later and they still didn't have a quote for me. They were unprofessional and wasted one month of our time. Zero follow up and zero attempts to help us. We chose to find someone else.

I give them a two because they came out to fix a clog in my drains and the older gentleman with them was very kind and friendly. However, the young gentleman with him didn't make eye contact and was not the friendliest, but he was offset by the very kind older man. They did a nice job and it was not very expensive.

I then called them to get an estimate for air conditioning. They came out to the house and said they'd have the report done the next week. I have now called FOUR TIMES and they keep saying they will get back to me and I still have nothing. The man who came out to my house smoked on the job and threw his cigarette in my yard.

I am leaving this review because I was about to call them for a plumbing job and I cannot call them back because of this latest experience. I was hoping that I had found the plumber/HVAC specialist I would call for most of my housing needs but I can no longer feel comfortable with them.

Had an issue with water backing up into the basement. Dale and Omar came out and correctly diagnosed, and then quickly fixed the issue. The price seemed to be very fair, and the two guys doing the work couldn’t have been nicer.

Dale and Omar saved me from buying a new hot water tank by replacing a mechanism that had been underwater during flooding. Also showed me that electric heat registers still worked after same flood. Less than $200 for all that! The company delivered within 4 days during a time when many people needed help. Terri, office intake, commiserated and calmed, and kept her word on scheduling. I recommend DM Plumb and Heat.

Having no water from our well we searched for anyone who dealt with well issues. Amazingly DM was near and available. The dispatcher was efficient and helpful. Two technicians showed up quickly and were able to detect the problem. They were very helpful and got our issue resolved quickly. Great business to have so near.

These guys were life savers for me. In the span of about one month they replaced three ac units, two furnaces, one water heater, installed a new sump pump in a crawl space and ran a new drain line across my front lawn. Not only did they do all this on short notice, but for what I feel was a very good price. Every member of the team that I interacted with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be giving them a call for all my future plumbing and hvac needs.
