I would highly recommend Legacy to everyone! Legacy had been out about 2 weeks prior for my ac not cooling very well. When I was having a similar problem Chris came out the very next day. Because he said the problem should have been caught the first time, he did not charge me a service fee! That was very honest of him to say! He even topped off my Freon! Chris was very explanatory of what he was doing, very well priced, friendly, courteous, honest, responsible, and professional! I had the same experience when Strickler came out two weeks prior! I will use this company exclusively from here on out!

Legacy came highly recommended to us and we would HIGHLY recommend them. They are very friendly, efficient, and professional. They came to check our furnace early this morning and were here within 20 minutes of me calling. Their response time shows they care! When it's 7 degrees outside and your furnace isn't working they get there fast! Anyway, it wasn't the furnace it was our propane tank. Legacy installed our furnace and it's working great!

Our furnace quit working on a Sunday afternoon. Found Legacy and called. Chris answered and said he’d be there within an hour.
Within the hour, he arrived, figured out the problem and was on his way to get the part. Once he returned and replaced the part, he went above and beyond and found a safety switch that was troublesome. He cleaned it and told us it would get us through the night and would return the following day with a new one.
True to his word, he returned with a new switch and we have been warm and assured all was good.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and respectful HVAC company

I highly recommend Legacy Heating and Cooling. They were all very professional and explained everything in detail. Although my furnace and A/C were old and needed replaced, they did not pressure me. I love supporting a family owned business who takes pride in their work and reputation.

Chris was the one who came out to give us our quote and he was so nice and informative about everything! We had our install done just a few days later and the techs that were here were just great! I'm so glad we went with Legacy! The overall experience was just amazing :)

Chris made a visit to our home yesterday and gave us a very detailed description of what kinds of systems we could consider. He was very kind and considerate and not at all pushy. He was able to schedule our install for the next day, which was amazing. Brian and Cody showed up early this morning and were here most of the day. Cody installed the heat pump outside and did an excellent job. He also helped as Brian installed the main unit in the basement (heater/AC, Aprilaire filtration and humidifier system). Brian was exceptionally neat with all of his details and they both left the area spotless when they were finished. Brian was also very thorough as he explained how to set up the thermostat and care for the units. Overall, they did a top notch job! I would highly recommend Legacy Heating and Cooling !

I called to get an estimate for a furnace replacement, and the ladies in the office were extremely nice. But when Chris came out to do estimate, he acted like he only wanted to speak with my husband and NOT me. I was a little offended. Then he talked to my husband on the phone and made an appt for the next day, which he didn't show up for or let us know he wasn't coming. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and called the office to have him call and reschedule and never heard anything back from him. So I will take my business elsewhere

Brian and Marquise were really friendly and knowledgeable about their job. They explained thoroughly what the issue was and how long that it would take them to fix it. This company is the best and highly recommend it to anyone with any AC or heater issues.

This is the second year I've contracted with them for my yearly furnace/AC checks and clean outs. The price is great and the quality of their work has been professional each time. They are quick to add me to the list and showed up just 2 days after I called this week - called me 45 minutes before arriving and was on time. I recommended them to my daughter and her family and to many others over the last two years. Wonderful company.

Had Brian, Cody and Stricklin from Legacy come to my home and install furnace, mini split, and A/C unit ( age of house mini split was more efficient, then running duct work) and they did an amazing job!! Very professional very knowledgeable, got it done in a timely manner. They were very considerate of the fact we have 5 large bread dogs that had to be able to go outside multiple times while they were here. They were very open and great about explaining the process and all the units we purchased. Also the best part of it all is the price and the 12 years of Zero interest. Also Chris the owner was very quick and awesome to get us a quote and get the ball rolling!!! When you call to get info on their services and prices , you will get the opportunity to talk to a amazing lady that is understanding and looking out for customers !!!! I can promise ANY HVAC issues I ever have will be with Legacy Heating & Cooling !!!! 5 Stars !!!!

Used Legacy heating and cooling for about seven years always been trustworthy, professional, on time and this last time when my inducer motor went out I called them in the morning and they were there in the afternoon based on my work schedule! Strickland and Brian did an awesome job installing my new furnace and AC unit all in one day! Both were very polite and professional!

Service technician Chris came and checked our furnace. Chris recommended the purifier that goes right into the furnace. Having this new furnace and air condition has been a blessing. Our electric bill has been fantastic. No more high electricity bill. Very pleased with the service.

Chris and everyone at Legacy and nothing short of amazing. As a single mom my worst fear is the furnace not warming my home on a cold morning. Those little fingers and toes being so cold on my babies, it hurts my heart. I have needed Chris 2 or 3 times in the last year and he is always at my home that same day. Fixed up and warm within hours. He is an angel. Doing the Lords work on earth. I cannot thank him and his guys enough. Truly amazing people and work! 11/10 stars!
