The individual I spoke with on the phone immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it by talking me through the problem. Turned out I just needed a new knob on the dryer, they saved me time and money. Highly recommend.

Scott came out to assess the problem, which of course didn't act up when he was there. Charged normal service charge and said (and wrote on the invoice) that it will be waved if we have him come back out within 30 days for this issue.

So glad I used them. Scott called when he said he would, and showed up when he said he would. And he was on time. Fixed my washer in just under an hour, did not make a mess and was very pleasant. The cost was reasonable. Would happily use them again.

After waiting for for another “recommended” repairman to get back to me for over a week to fix my washer that wasn’t spinning and draining, I found Ace Washer & Appliance Services on Google. Scott answered on Monday morning and by Tuesday evening I was doing laundry again. I hope all my appliances stay healthy for a long time, but if they need fixing, I’ll know who to call.

Scott always talks to you about the problem on the phone and offers potential solutions before deciding whether he should make a visit. Once you decide you need his services, then he is prompt about returning calls and very communicative about his arrival time. On site, he is knowledgeable and explains/shows you exactly what is going wrong with your appliance and then fixes it!
