Reviews of local pros in Aurora, Ohio

We are a homeowner that had a need to access the top of a 30 foot pole. I called four other businesses. Two were not interested and the other two never responded. We were stuck. I found Northeast tree on line. Rich returned my my call promptly and true to his word worked us in. My family now calls him the patriot.

Would very highly recommend this company for any of your tree maintenance needs! They were professional, courteous, informative, and punctual! My kids also really enjoyed watching all of their equipment hard at work!! The prices were exceedingly lower than their competitors as well!!

We’ve used Rich and his company for the past 3 years. They are always on time and clean everything up before they leave. We honestly couldn’t be happier that we found them. Thanks to the entire crew for always doing such a great job!

Have used NE Ohio Tree and Crane service many times. Rich and his crew are prompt, professional, and do a great job. They do an excellent cleanup after removing the trees. Will use them again when I have more trees to remove.

Northeast Tree does excellent work. During a recent significant wind storm, we lost a tree about 6:30 PM on a Sunday evening. I was seated on a plane heading out of town for a trip when my wife called indicating one of our large trees fell across the driveway. I immediately called and left Rich a voicemail. He had done some work for us a couple years previously, but we hadn't talked since then. He returned my call within 5 minutes. He came to our house within 2 hours and moved the section of the tree covering the driveway in the dark. He returned a couple days later to remove the entire tree. He and his team are professional, safe and do quick work. I highly recommend them for your tree service needs.

Thanks,

Dan

I highly recommend Northeast Tree & Crane!!! Had them back out to remove 2 more trees. They were in difficult locations but they managed to get them down without any damage to my yard or the fence
Great job again. Do consider this company if you are looking for a dependable thorough tree company.

Rich and his crew did an amazing job. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time, did a great job cutting down and trimming my trees and cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this company! Thanks for a job well done!

We believe the best endorsement of a local company is hiring them again and again ! We live on a heavily wooded, one acre lot. From removing a giant oak in our front yard, to smaller maples and elms, Northeast Tree has always completed their removals with efficiency, professionalism and friendliness with pricing that is more than fair.

I just bought a house in Stow and it came with a dead 65+ foot tall Yellow Locust tree. The tree was nestled between service power lines and high-tension power lines and the lean of the tree was threatening my neighbor and the buildings across the street. A true mess. Rich and his team did an amazing job. They told me they'd start at 10 and at 9:55 their team arrived and got started. The whole affair was done and they were gone by 12:30. They cleaned the yard of any debris, took all the rotted wood with them, cleaned the street of any debris, etc. When they were done, there wasn't a grain of sawdust anywhere. Excellent crew, excellent company. And they were less expensive than the other 2 quotes I got from local companies. Can't say enough, great work! I have a few more trees on the property that need some attention and I'll be calling Rich and his crew, guaranteed.

Northeast Tree Service did a wonderful job removing multiple tall trees, trimming and stump grinding. Rich was responsive and easy to work with. He and his crew were on time, professional and incredibly hard working. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Northeast Tree and Crane Services. After having a very large limb fall off a massive tree in our yard, we quickly needed it removed for the safety of our house and family. Rich was extremely responsive, professional and quick to get the job done, knowing we were worried about it. We cannot say enough good things about them and wish we had found them sooner!!

They removed a big tree in front and pruned several maple trees at back yard. The price is good and they did a good job. They put steel plates on my lawn to roll crane so the lawn is kept intact. Very satisfied. It is done in April.

Northeast Team did an amazing job on our yard! It was a large job, requiring removal of many trees and trimming of a large old tree. The team was prompt, very professional, efficient and hard working. They listened carefully to our recommendations and provided very helpful suggestions. We wouldn't trust our trees to anyone else! Thank you Northeast!

If you are looking for tree removals- northeast tree and crane is the only service to use. I base this on my experiences with them.
They removed trees for me two separate times. Yes, I had them come back twice. Rich Driscoll (owner) took care of my trees near my house the first time. Impressed with his service so much... I called him back to remove 9 more trees also near my house. I do trust his family business to safely take care of any more trees on my property. His service was professional, safe and priced right. Clean up and care for my property and cement driveway was exceptional. Also important to me is Rich's word...for example if he said he would start at 8:00 am, he and his were there. By the way my trees were in the 80 foot range.

Removed a very large tree that took about 10 hours. Showed up just before 8 left about 6pm. tree was in a very tight spot behind house.

Working with Northeast was a very positive experience. Rich and his crew are professionals in all dimensions: responsive, prompt, skilled, well equipped, and respectful of your and your neighbors property. I’ll add that the job was done at a fair price. I had two large trees uprooted due to storm damage. One tree was flat in my neighbors yard and the other was hung-up and leaning over a stamped concrete patio. Access to the work required rolling equipment through yet another neighbor’s yard. Rich was empathetic to the needs of all parties. The job went smooth. When the crew left you could barely tell they had been there.

Just had a tree removed! A fantastic job! Could not be happier! The crew was extremely respectful of the property while working in a timely manner . Can’t recommend enough! The whole experience, from start to finish, was tremendous.

Rich and his team did an amazing job removing a couple of trees from our yard. I was at work all day and when I came home I couldn’t even tell they’d been there (except for the missing trees). We shopped around and other tree companies were either insanely expensive or very flakey. These guys were reasonable and extremely professional. Thanks Rich!

Rich and his crew are great. They removed some dead trees when we first moved in and then 10 years later, they removed a few more including some overgrown bushes. They trimmed my big oak being mindful of oak wilt (which I had never heard of). They came back after the wilt danger was passed and did a beautiful job of trimming it. They always clean up after their work. The crew is respectful and friendly. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Rich and crew did great work! Five stars! Great price and quality work. Gentlemen were respectable and courteous. Cleaned up when they were done. Couldn’t tell I had a tree removed and 4 stumps ground up. Will be using their services again. Thanks guys!!
