They were fantastic to deal with, very quick and professional. We had two large trees that needed cut down. Pricing was very fair and Emma is extremely nice and helpful when you call. I would very much recommend them!

We had a very intriguing problem with a few trees in our backyard that were in need of some serious attention. We contacted several companies and one of them was The Falls Group. Keep in mind this was a very hard to access area and we had just spent a ton on new landscaping and deck work. Most companies said it was way out of their scope of abilities. Eric from Falls came out and accessed the situation. He assured us he was one of the few people that had the right equipment in the area. After checking his references we proceeded with the work. This tree was over 150ft. Tall up against our house. Eric and his crew meticulously pieced the tree down and craned the pieces over the house. His men left our yard immaculate! We can not thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr. John Arnold showed up with his crew today. They were very professional with tons of equipment and did an excellent job in a very short time. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again. The prices were very competitive and Travis was out to do the estimate quickly.

Dave and the other crew members did an awesome job today. Clean up was great and I thought the price was fair. I was scared neighbor’s lawn was going to get divots but they did a great job of avoiding drops on their lawn.

I had two trees removed yesterday. First I must say that I was incredibly impressed with the care they showed for our property.
They took great care to not damage anything. This is a First Class Company! From start to finish, these guys are "on it"!! They all show up at the same time; guys unloading stuff from one truck, others unloading the other. They were EXTREMELY nice and made the usual small talk, hello, how ya doing, this is the tree?? And they went immediately to work. These guys are extremely organized. One is cutting, others are cleaning, one is hauling debris off as it is prepared, one is resharpening chain saw blades. I have never seen such an organized display of working and cleaning as you go. They fell two trees, both close to 80' high and I cannot say enough good things about the work they did. If I ever need any more trees done EVER, I will not use anyone else, I don't care the difference in cost. I know with Falls it will be done right and I trust I won't have to double check a thing.

They did a great job cutting down our three very large trees and ground the stumps. On stump was so large that after clearing the grinding some of the stump was still above ground. They came back out and made sure it was ground down. Excellent work. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

The Team from Mr. Falls removed three trees on my property. The work was done in a timely manner, the yard was cleaned of branches and debris. Each team member was very courteous and acted professional. Would recommend Mr. Falls Tree Experts.

We were very impressed with the salesman who gave us an estimate for the tree work we wanted done. He made recommendations and helped us understand some of the issues we were facing. The workers were cordial, efficient and very knowledgeable about their work . They cleaned up the debris so well we almost couldn't tell they were here. I would give them six stars if it were an option.

I had a fairly large tree removal job and received some large quotes with a long lead times to get the work completed. I decided to give Mr. Falls a call and get a price from them. They were $1700 less than the other companies and were able to complete the job within a week! The work was completed professionally and they did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent service to remove a large tree limb
that fell on my driveway. Received service within two hours to clear the driveway. The tree was cut down and removed the first thing the next day. I spoke with Will over the phone when initially called. He was very polite and stated he would be out to give a quote for a tree I needed cut down. He was here within a couple days which was quick to compared to a lot in the business. The price he quoted me was literally thousands cheaper than three other companies. When I called back a few days later to confirm that I liked the price and wanted to schedule a time, he asked when would be the best time, and I stated that the sooner the better. He had a crew here in two days to take care of the tree. John Arnold was the foreman that came out. Extremely respectful guy. Very polite and their work was awesome. The cleaned up well and made sure everything was to my standard. Will absolutely go with this company again.

I hired Mr. Falls to trim some trees and to remove a few dead and leaning trees that were too close to my home. They arrived on time and on the day we agreed upon, even though it was cold and there was still snow on the ground. They did an excellent job. I was told they would come back after the snow melted to finish the clean up and I was skeptical. But they did! And to my surprise, every branch, stick and limb were gone. My yard looks like a golf course. I highly recommend Mr. Falls, and I appreciate their integrity and work ethic.

Mr Falls Tree Experts did a great job taking down our 105" Oak tree from a difficult area to reach with large equipment. They also worked us into their busy schedule within a week of our first contact.

Mr. Falls Tree arrived at my house to remove some dead limbs that had fallen on my house from my neighbor's dead tree. After that the team trimmed off all branches from our trees that were leaning over our roof. They brought all that they removed to the front of the house where another truck was waiting to grind up all the branches and limbs. They were so thorough and neat. When they were all done, you couldn't find a scrap of sawdust if you'd used a magnifying glass. I recommend Mr. Falls Trees on two levels - (1) their skill in trimming and removal and (2) their cleanliness and efficiency.

Had some lingering downed branches that were too far up for me to take care of. I got to speak & work with Kobe, who took care of this job and pricing within a day. Mr. Falls Tree were the best priced after shopping around, and were quickest to come out and get the job done. Undoubtedly will be contacting them again in the future for some more things to get done.

I hired Mr. Falls Tree Experts to take down 3 pine trees and trim 2 very large maple trees. They came out promptly to give me an estimate. A few days later their crew came out to do the work. They were here first thing in the morning and worked all day. When they left, only the very large logs and branches were left which they picked up the next day! They did an excellent job cleaning up the debris from the yard. They left nothing! When I need more work done I will certainly call them again! They were very professional, pleasant, and meticulous! I highly recommend them!
