We had a hot water heater that failed and deposited many gallons of water in our finished basement. The Duraclean-Avon folks were incredibly responsive and prompt, providing information to our insurance company within hours and starting the clean-up work in less than 24 hours. They were very professional and helpful in both the clean-up and removal of damaged items and then in restoring our basement to original condition (or maybe better!). We can't thank them enough, and we highly recommend their services for both remediation and restoration work.

Their cleaning technician Levi was phenomenal! Fast setup and equally thorough. He cleaned ever surface of my sofa and a living room carpet. Duraclean was is highly professional and local. I would recommend their services to anyone and would invite them into my home again.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job on my dark colored tile floors.
I also had them take out a large coffee stain on the carpet which looks great and you can’t tell anything spilled!

The Duraclean team was very responsive. They arrived within an hour of my initial call. They took special care to make sure all of our water issues were taken care of. Bill and his team followed up with a daily visit to make sure our basement was drying properly and moved fans around. We were completely satisfied with their service and we highly recommend Duraclean to anyone.

Duraclean did so much more beyond cleaning my carpets. I needed carpet to be re-stretched & they came up with a plan that allowed me to keep the furniture in the room. They also pressure cleaned by tile grout which made it look like new again. Just had my area rugs done at their shop and they also look like NEW! Fantastic job Duraclean!

Highly recommend Duraclean. We found that our dishwasher had been leaking and they came out right away the same day. They were able to dry everything out and saved us from what could have turned out to be a very large and expensive kitchen repair. Excellent customer service. I have used Duraclean several times now to clean my upholstery, area rugs, and a mold inspection and they are the best around. The crew is always very professional, they work quickly, and they don't leave a mess behind. I'm an insurance agent as well and Duraclean in Avon is my "go to" company for water restoration. They do such an amazing job. I've heard horror stories from a few of my clients that have used a different restoration company that they chose on their own. Fabulous experience with Duraclean. I was able to schedule carpet cleaning for my newly purchased home before I began my 2000+ mile journey to Avon Lake. The Office and I worked out the scheduling and payment details; the crew cleaned the carpets while I was on the road. Questions and concerns were addressed to me via phone, text messages and pics. I felt the company went the extra mile to make sure I was informed during the cleaning process and what to expect. (N.B. The carpets were filthy!!) I am so very pleased with my dealings with the company and the cleaning results. I'll use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them!!

Nick and Ed were awesome. On time, friendly and courteous. Best of all, I had a cream color carpet that had some awful stains. Some were old stains. I never thought the carpet would come completely clean, but wanted it to look better than it did for the holidays. OMG!! The carpet looks almost brand new. They worked hard to make sure it was clean and it's awesome. I also had pet issues on the landing of my stairs. They cleaned that area up awesome as well. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did. I highly recommend Duraclean.

Duraclean came out to our home to clean the carpeting in the bedrooms and hallway on 5/28/22. The operator was on time and very professional! He completed the job quickly, which was great with us having to keep our dogs out of the way. The carpet looks fantastic, and we appreciate the extra care that was given to spot treating some areas. We use the great service provided by Duraclean every year to clean all the area rugs in our house. We like the convenience of being able to drop our rugs off so that we can bring in a few at a time and never be without all of our rugs at the same time. When we get them back after cleaning, they are like brand new and we are always amazed at how dirty our rugs were when comparing the clean rugs to the rugs that still need to be cleaned. We couldn't be happier with the cleaning of our 2 large area rugs. Duraclean did an awesome job for a reasonable price. The rugs were really dirty and had quite a few pet stains and they now look new again. We are so happy! The customer service was great too.

Great experience having Duraclean clean my Oriental silk rug! It was returned to me looking like new, the service was quick, and best of all, the price is most reasonable. I have used other Cleveland area professional rug cleaners, spent triple the amount, and the rugs didn't look as good as this one does, after leaving it with Duraclean. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. I plan to use them again, and highly recommend this Avon, Ohio business.
