My heater stopped working. Called this company and they were so helpful over the phone. I spoke with Tony and he was honest about not having the parts (Sunday) but would put a note for immediate assistance the next day on Monday. Got a call first thing in the morning and had Blake out to my house by 10am. Wonderful technicians all around. Blake was so helpful and explained everything he was doing and reasons why. Prompt and friendly service. Will definitely call again if I have any problems in the future.

I have had a positive experience with Mitchell’s every time. All of their employees offer exceptional customer service. They are kind and accommodating. They also make every effort to offer you the best price. If you are looking for a company and don’t know who to trust, I highly recommend Mitchell’s. Trey is very professional and explained everything l needed to know about My current situation without air conditioning during this heat wave. He got Me an appointment set up to get My townhouse measured for a new heating and cooling system. He explained the service club membership that l applied for. I don't hear well and Trey was very patient with Me. I believe Trey is an excellent asset to One Hour.
Roger Jones was at My home today (6/30) and took the time to explain different options for My heating and cooling system. He was a pleasure to work with on this project. I highly recommend Roger. On a scale of 1to 10 He's an 11!
Robert and his co worked did a great job installing My new HVAC. They both were neat and professional. Robert put down a protective covering on My floors to keep them clean. Any questions l had were answered. Great service from both of them. You have some very good worker's at One Hour.

The crew arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. The new HVAC system was up and running by 3:00 PM. All three of the men were courteous and respectful of our home and property.

My furnace went out yesterday morning early. I called my warranty company for the repair by the afternoon early evening. They had still not found a contractor. I contacted. Mitchell’s on my own, due to the severe weather we are having here in Cleveland. They came out in a timely manner, when I called, I was able to speak with a real person. The woman I spoke with was very helpful, and let me know that a tech would be out the same night. Just a few hours later, Matt arrived! He was very polite and professional was able to diagnose the problem very quickly And make the repair . He also did an overall check of my system/unit. I was very pleased with this company and will be using them in the future. Very quick response time, it was nice getting a live person not having to leave a message and wait hours for a callback. In addition, they offer a maintenance service, which I took advantage of considering my unit is older.Overall experience with this company, I would recommend 1000%!!

I was very impressed with Nick’s help today. Very polite and knowledgeable. I’ve been on Mitchell’s Maintenance for a few years now and have found their people ti be very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They come out twice a year. Once in the Spring ti check my A/C and in the late Fall/early Winter to check my HVAC! Gives me peace of mind! great job!

Service is always outstanding with Mitchell's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They are quick to get a technician out and make sure your needs are taken care of. Justus Papp was the latest technician to come out, and he was amazing. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and made sure we were comfortable with the plan. He returned two days later to complete the job, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I truly appreciate the hard work and genuine care that everyone at this company puts in. They also have the best associates answering the phones. Always puts a smile on my face

There were three men there and Robert and his crew did a great job. They worked hard and efficient and were good company. I am very pleased with what they accomplished.

A little update. 12/01/25. The heating system is working great. The furnace is running once every two hours and is keeping our place very comfortable. Thanks again to all the people at Mitchell’s!

Mark Racz arrived at the designated time. he was VERY professional & courteous. Explained multiple options & answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Having a completely new system installed. As for the installation, there was ONE issue that greatly concerned me that I mentioned to the installers that they corrected before they left.
