I just had Jeff of JDS Plumbing install a primary and back up sump pump at my new home recently. Jeff was extremely easy to work with, his work was top notch and he made us feel so much in ease with the complete install. I have proper piece of mind now knowing that my sump pump and back up will not fail me when I’m not around. His rates were very fair and installation was done neatly and on time. Thanks so much Jeff. We would definitely use you again for our plumbing needs.

JD’s Plumbing is the best! Jeff has helped us with several plumbing issues and always does a great job at a fair price. JD’s Plumbing was great to work with. They were hired by our contractor but will be our new plumber of choice. Johnny and team communicated well and worked with respect to our residence, and always cleaned up when they were done. They were professional and went above and beyond to get their part of the job done.

Mike came out the day after I called to request service. He was quick, efficient and fixed my leaky toilet and my shower nozzle.
The price was very reasonable and he also gave me a quote to replace one of my toilets with a taller model.

I can't recommend JD's plumbing enough! We had a clogged kitchen sink and their team was at our house within hours to fix it. Their team was professional and explained everything to us along the way. They even noticed a broken (but still functioning) faucet and told us it was under lifetime warranty! All we need to do is call the manufacturer, let them know it's broken, and they'll send us a whole new setup for free! Once we get the replacement faucet we'll be calling JD to install it for us. Thanks again for all your help!

JD'S Excellent work, they came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. Great communication, timely, clean, efficient. From the first time we called them when our hot water heater decided to die while family was visiting, to replacing some water shut off valves and installing a kitchen sink faucet, to the most recent issue of our utility sink backing up, they have done a great job each time. From the phone call at 3:40 pm day before NYE, to the guys who showed up, I could tell this company cared about their customers. Though I was new to them, the empathy Jenny expressed towards our situation was evident! She listened with empathy, called 2 of her guys who just happened to be on a call not too far away and called me back, as promised, with the promise they would swing by and assess our situation. Not only did they come by within 20 minutes of my call, they jumped into action and went the extra mile to restore plumbing to our toilets within 40 minutes from when they started. I can tell this is a company who cares about their customers. Its hard to find people who care as much as these folks did today to get our problem fixed. They have earned our trust for future business and many referrals to come. Thank you!

The Jd plumbing company is amazing. They are the only company I deal with, they’re trustworthy and their work is top notch. Whether you have an emergency or just need work done I would highly recommend. My water heater busted and they were here within an hour to replace it.

Jeff is a very nice guy and does excellent work, but the prices are outrageous! I paid $460 to have our tankless hot water heater flushed out. Per Google the Average cost is $150–$350.

I paid the bill and it was my fault for not asking for an estimate price before they came out. It costs less to pump my septic tank and cart away all of the contents than to run some chemicals through my tankless and wait.

I even ran all the water through the faucets because the two employees, Mike and Ben, did not have protective shoe coverings on and I did not want them walking on my carpet.

I know you have to pay your staff and inflation has caused prices to go up, but I am just in shock! Wow!
