Love this company! Jeni calls you back and gets you answers fast. Great work and very reasonable prices, prompt, and clean work. JD Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, explained everything, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. The crew respected our property and left everything clean highly recommend and would absolutely use them again.

Roger was phenomenal. So knowledgeable, I am impressed with the knowledge and customer service. He even pulled my garbage cans up to my house before he pulled out of the yard. Thank you Roger. You make me feel good about my tough decision to purchase a new furnace.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We bought a property in Euclid OH and we wanted to get the furnace maintenance. No issues with it but wanted to ensure it was working properly. We are from Southern CA so did some research of companies before calling. First - when you call to set an appointment - they’re so friendly. Professional. And they put a smile on your face. Next - on the day of the appt BLAKE arrived in the window of time I was given. Called me when he was 10 mins from the property. I thought the service would be a quick in and out. NOT AT ALL! Blake did a thorough inspection of the furnace. All aspects of it he said were fine. He took - I’d say - 40 mins or so. But well worth it. Thank you Blake for your thorough explanation. Then we got a call from Ana making us aware of the premium membership. I think that’s what it’s called. She explained what it was and the benefits. I didn’t sign up right away because I was meeting contractors at the property. But I saw the benefit of the membership that I plan on signing up. Keeping a furnace in top notch condition.especially in OH. And for sure this will be my go to company in OH. Thank you for your amazing customer experience.

My furnace is 16 years old. They got here on time, explained fully what was happening and how they were going to fix the issue, gave me the price before any work was done. They had the parts for the furnace in their truck. The young man who serviced my furnace was very professional. They cleaned up and was done under 2 hours. YES, I Absolutely would recommend them to everyone I know.

Justus is a really excellent technician. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going on with my furnace and the options I have available to consider. I am extremely pleased with Justus and the work he did and he seems like a genuinely good person all around. Nick and Mark assessed and addressed the issue in a timely manner. They provided exceptional customer service. Also, I can appreciate the communication throughout the service call. Thank you for getting the heat up and working on such a cold day.

Here is a follow up. Turns out the april air was wired wrong and caused a short that blew a fuse that turned off the whole furnace, brrrr. One hour sent a tech last night who couldn't find anything wrong so he replaced the fuse and left. that only lasted an hour or so. they sent Blake Morris this morning. I told him that i recall turning up the april air because it didn't seem to be working and that was when the trouble started.

Blake took that info, ran a test and as soon as it called for humidity the fuse blew. he checked the wiring and found an issue and corrected it. He also went the extra mile by caulking everywhere. He recognized that i do wood working in that room and wanted to be sure no sawdust was leaking in.

I can't say enough about my experience. I rarely post reviews buy Mark and team deserve it. From start to finish the did excellent work and got me heat when the Temps were single digit and they worked with other customers that weren't as needy to shift their schedule for me. 10 stars! I'm a raving fan.

Justus arrived at 8:15 and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He told us that our blower/fan needed to be replaced and gave us a total cost. He had a blower on the track and he went to work installing it. He got the furnace working and waited for 15 minutes as it went through a cycle to make sure that everything was in working order. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He became a friend of our senior rescue dog.
As with two other representatives of your company who have been here in the past, he was "top shelf."

Today my furnace was serviced .My technician was Marcus, and he was awesome, he took the time to explain what my system issues were and gave me the tips and information that I need to insure proper maintenance is scheduled. Chris was very efficient! He took his time to diagnose and understand the issue. Once he knew what it was he explained everything in detail and was fair in his assessment! I felt very secure that my service was being provided by someone who cared.

Robert Ditzler was my "hero" Technician and saved the day! He was very promt, professional, and loved my dog Murphy... He showed me all the issues with my furnace, and potential future issues, and completed a full inspection and cleaning. We had a wonderful experience with Mitchell's. They have serviced our old furnace and air conditioner many times, but after 25 years, we chose to replace them. They were professional, the price was fair and they had all the work complete in one day. I will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.
