Jd’s plumbing did a great job putting in my hot water heater. I can’t say enough on how happy I am with all the people at at Jd’s.

Johnny and Troy were a great help when figuring out our hot water tank issues. We live in a duplex and the piping is a mess and they were diligent in getting to the root of the problem. They took the time to explain everything to us and were very patient with all the questions we had.

Mike from J D Plumbing was out to change our kitchen faucet on Ap.28. Mike is very professional when works and does a great job. Its the second time he's done work for us. Both done very well.

Our sewer was backed up and flooding in our basement (GROSS) We called JD Plumbing early on Monday and by the afternoon JD was out repairing the sewer line. Jeff was really professional, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after he was done. His price was comptetive with other suggested estimates. He even pointed out another potential problem we have coming down the pike, which will utlimately save us money. I am so grateful that we will be able to use our sinks and flush our toilets today. Can't put a price tag on that luxury. And that the smell is gone. I will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

All I can say is call JDs. I was out of town and they not only fixed my issues, but Jessica from the office called me numerous times throughout the day to keep me posted on what was going on and potential cost of services. Jeff came out after hours to ensure it was all handled and fixed. Everything from beginning to end was dealt with in a professional and skilled manner, which I haven't seen from another company in decades! Highly recommend. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give them 100.

Jeff and his team are excellent! Extremely professional, great quality of work on various jobs, very reliable, and available when you need them. I have relied on JD's for multiple jobs, and I am extremely satisfied. I trust JD's for all my future plumbing needs!

These guys were awesome! Very flexible with scheduling and arrived on-time. We had a Flo by Moen smart water shut off installed as well as a bathroom leak looked at and repaired. They were very knowledgeable with what was done previously and provided information as to how to fix it. The work was completed efficiently and their work was clean and effective. In addition to their plumbing skills they had great people skills and were polite (wearing protective shoe coverings each time coming in and out of the house). My 3 year old son wanted to "help" the plumbers and they were so nice to him, even gave him a fitting to look at so that he felt important. We've found our plumber for the future!

I had JD's plumbing come out to install a new pump for my basement after the flood we had last year in the fall that ruined my basement. LET ME TELL YOU!! these guys know there stuff (especially Jonny) and have made my basement dry and let me sleep at night knowing I'm protected with the new pump.

Jonny was excellent to work with and was very friendly, made it feel like I knew him and was very trust worthy. Tested and ran the pump before he left and even called back to see how everything has been. These guys have been great, and I highly recommend this company.

JD's plumbing came through for me at a very difficult time when no other company would reply over the holiday weekend. I had a major gas leak at my house. The owner himself dropped everything to come help. They were very polite and professional. He walked me through everything that needed to be done so I fully understood everything. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. I have had issues with major companies in the past and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. I would highly recommend JD's plumbing to family and friends or anyone in northeast Ohio that wants a job done efficiently and not have the run around or marked up prices of most other plumbing companies. If you need work done expediently and correct these are your guys!!

We recently bought a home and within the first week we experienced water back up in the bathroom. The JD team showed up that same day an hour after I called and went above and beyond to fix the problem. As a first time home buyer I was so nervous about hiring help, especially afraid of being taken advantage of financially. But that didn’t happen at all, they were very transparent, knowledgeable and understanding. Got the job done quickly, gave me my options moving forward and were pretty fun to chat with! Jonny was Great!! Diagnosed where the water leak was coming from, repaired it and got us in contact with the restoration team who came out that same afternoon to evaluate the water damage. Jonny was professional, knowledgeable and just a really nice person!! Thank you!!

We had a pipe crack due to the freezing temps. I called JD's plumbing about an hour before they closed for the day. We had no water in the house and they couldn't get me in until the next day in the afternoon. I think she heard the panic in my voice and called me back to let me know she switched things around and they would be here first thing in the morning at 8am. Seriously top knotch customer service just for that alone. They were here the next day, got the job done very well and it was so affordable! I even questioned the amount thinking they forgot a zero 😂Hands down, will always call JD's for my plumbing needs!

When we called for information on pricing to have a leak fixed. We said the source appeared to be coming from the wall behind our sink.

We were told $180 the first hour and $120 dollars for each subsequent plus materials. 2 people showed up for the job. The plumber told us they needed to trace the leak. To do this, 2 holes were cut into the kitchen ceiling with no luck. They then followed behind the sink where we originally felt water and explained we thought was the source of the leak. When the job was complete and we received our bill, we questioned why we were charged $180 for each of the 4 hours. We were told it was because there were 2 guys. It was never disclosed to us that there was an additional $60 charge for the second guy. We are not questioning the need for the second guy. We were under the assumption that we were being charged the rate we were told so were a bit surprised when we were told this.

We also brought in to question the website which we now know also apparently shows the incorrect pricing for additional hours.
There were many other plumbing companies with much more history and reviews online, but we went with JD plumbing to support local small business. We will not make that mistake again. We did speak to the owner before posting this. He explained the reason for 2 people and we explained why we were startled when we saw the bill. You cannot claim to be an honest business with what turns out to be misleading pricing on the website and not notifying the customer until after the job when the receive the bill after the fact. I do not want to post this but other should be aware of the service they will be receiving.

Updated 8/21/23:
I would now update to zero stars if it was possible. It has barely been 4 months and the $850 "fix" is now leaking worse than it was before which has caused damage to the house.

Johnny and Troy did a great job on our hot water tank! It blew this morning and my wife was super stressed since we are hosting Thanksgiving. Same day installation and super competitive pricing. Very happy!

This was the 2nd time I called JD’s Plumbing with an emergency. My bsmt flooded during these freezing temps and they were at my home within an hour. The extra care and concern they show the client is simply the best. They cleared out the drain, sucked all the water out and even took the time to help clean up. How wonderful is that. You can’t find better than JD’s plumbing. They’re the BEST.

Adam at JD plumbing did a great job for me. When he was finished it was a work of art. He was very efficient and explained everything. I would definitely call them again.

After calling several plumbing companies and paying for 2 quotes, JD’s Plumbing in Avon was all we needed.

This team knows what they are talking about, they came out within the hour after 5pm, made a dangerous situation safe, and was the best priced. I did not get the run around and they are very honest.

Jeff is very professional, he is reliable and on time and he is very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing , he answered questions about a dishwasher I need installed and gave me good reccomendations. He is very neat and does excellent clean up. I will be using Jeff for my future plumbing needs

John & Troy are very professional, they explain what they are doing thoroughly, and their work is neat & clean, very personable guys. Jeff & his crew will definitely be attending to all my plumbing needs
