Matt S 8106 was amazing! He was the third plumber we had to our home to find what turned out to be a sizeable leak. He was the only one to thoroughly diagnose the problem. He was super communicative, explained every step, and what would need to happen. He gave us options and worked with us to put together a plan we were comfortable with, and could afford. He is our go-to plumber for issues after this experience! Trustworthy. Reliable. Really good guy. So thankful we met him.

These guys are life savers! I leave for vacation tomorrow, my hot water tank went out yesterday, and they were able to install a new one in no time! The technician was very personable and did an outstanding job! Highly recommend!

Scott and Rick saved Thanksgiving! Scott arrived quickly with a smile and a "Happy Thanksgiving!" Before he appeared, we were expecting a not very happy day, but Scott quickly reassured us with his expert evaluation, and thorough drain cleaning. Rick then dove right in with a high tech camera to show us exactly how the drain line worked and 139 feet of clean drain. Scott cleaned up the area around the drain, and Rick offered great advice to prevent the problem in the future.

There was no emergency fee or holiday fee, just a reasonable rate for two professionals, well equipped and knowledgeable to solve the problem.

Thanksgiving 2025 was saved by Roto-Rooter, for which we are extremely thankful.

Was really impressed by Aaron at Roto rooter he came out and identified and fixed this issue quickly. He was also very considerate and courteous in picking out replacement parts that matched our precious hardware. Would highly recommend them.

I had several issues going on in my home. Aaron came out today and resolved all of them. He was very thorough in explaining his work, and was great. When I use the service again I'll make sure to ask for him.

I was very pleased with Lawrence’s experience today. Not only did he arrive early, much thankfully, but was also very cordial, courteous, and listened to my thoughts and explained through the issues. He ran several of his tests explaining his way through each and gave me peace of mind why he felt what he did about the situation. Definitely recommend, and will be asking for him if more service is needed!

My technician Stephan was extremely professional. Gave me a call in advance to give me a timeframe that he’d be on his way. He was very knowledgeable of the situation and based on his extensive experience attempted to find alternative solutions - which would’ve saved me some money - before he had to perform the actual service. He discovered what the problem was and although it was an issue that outside of the scope of Roto-rooter he provided a reputable source to seek out. It wasn’t just about a transaction, he truly wanted to help! I’ll definitely continue to use Roto Rooter in the future (hopefully not too soon ha-ha!)

Stephan did an absolutely amazing job—especially given the late hours (10pm–12 a.m.). He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. He carefully snaked our basement floor drain after we noticed water backing up from the washing machine and quickly determined that the issue was actually coming from the main line.

On top of his technical skills, Stephan was incredibly kind, patient and respectful of our home. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out.

I couldn’t recommend Stephan more. He’s the kind of technician you hope for when you call for help—skilled, trustworthy, and truly customer-focused. We will absolutely be requesting him again for any future plumbing issues.

Jake was great! He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Jake was also polite and good with my dogs. He also did a wonderful job with the work he performed.

Jake (Lawrence ) did an excellent job installing a new water heater. He was on time, professional and pleasant. My first impression was "Trustworthy" and indeed he was/is. While I'm sometimes hesitant to use Roto-Rooter, this experience built trust. I'd definitely want him to come back if other jobs pop up ( LoL and hopefully they won't, but... Life happens). He is an excellent representative for the company. B

Aaron was our professional technician. My original call was for 3 issues but after 2.5 days at my home, we realized there were 6 issues. 5 of the 6 issues I would not have been able to fix/repair on my own with basic maintenance. He assessed the issues and gave me multiple avenues with different varying costs. Not everything was an emergency, however, most issues would eventually become a bigger problem. I am so happy he was able to get here the same day I sent an inquiry. This is my 4th time using Roto-Rooter in the last 3 years and I am always appreciative and glad they are as professional and candid with me. I will continue to use them for future repairs. Cost does seem high at times, but their warranties and quick turnaround are not beatable by their competitors. They are the best.

Huge thanks to Jake from Roto-Rooter! Our 2004 water heater started leaking early Monday morning after the Super Bowl, and he was a lifesaver. Even though his partner was out sick, Jake handled the entire basement install solo—including welding new pipe work and securing all the permits. He was fast, finished in just a couple of hours, and left the place spotless by taking all the old packaging with him. He even took the time to walk me through the maintenance. He added that they also do water damage restoration if I needed it. Truly professional one-stop service.

Jeff and his crew are so pleasant to work with & the quality of the work is excellent. JD’s Plumbing(Westlake, Ohio) has made my stressful plumbing issues non-existent. I can’t thank them enough!!! I already have them booked for 2 more major plumbing projects. Unless I move out of Cleveland, Ohio I will never hire another plumber again. I found their rates to be very fair as well.
