Our kitchen sink drain had a leak, Stack sent Thomas out the next day to fix the problem. He was very professional. Took care of the problem in no time! Very nice guy and did a fantastic job! 100% recommend!!

On a VERY cold weekend evening, I arrived home to find my furnace making a terrible grinding sound and emitting no heat. I knew I needed professional service but was doubtful I would find any within a reasonable timeframe…especially since it was a weekend evening with a lingering cold front and snow predicted. I called STACK Heating and Cooling in Avon and immediately reached the call service who promised to notify the emergency technician. To my surprise, I received a call back from the service person within the hour! She arrived within a half hour, diagnosed the issue and placed an order for the part which would arrive the following day for installation and resumption of heat! I was so impressed with this dedicated service person and Stack’s response time… especially on a weekend when other homeowners were likely needing heating service. I would highly recommend this company and will likely use them in the future for annual maintenance.

Stack has been wonderful. We had our furnace replaced a couple of months ago and since they did such a great job we brought them back to replace sump pumps. Kevin and Jacob did a great job!

Stack called back immediately when I had a water heater and heating problems. Both the water heater and furnace needed replacement within on month of each other. Service call was discounted from the replacement of the water heater and furnace given the circumstance. Got it fixed quickly and at a fair price.

During this cold spell we've had recently, I especially want to shout out to Kevin and Chris. Kevin came in to save the day when we had a boiler completely freeze during the coldest day of the year, suffering the cold for a good majority of the day while helping us restore heat for our residents.

The Stack team switched out some recessed lights in the kitchen for pendant lights. They were professional, courteous and kept us informed during the process even when one of the lights was causing problems. We were very glad we didn’t attempt to do it ourselves!

Thomas was amazing. Our kids flushed some sort of toy down the toilet and it was stubborn and we couldn’t do it on our own. Stack came and had it all done within 20 minutes. Thomas was so nice and professional. Highly recommend.

I had my hot water tank replaced. Stack was able to get someone out very quickly. Thomas did an excellent installation job. He was he also was very thorough explaining the new tank and how to maintain it.

We had this unit installed for my mother and father in law. The crews arrived on time and were very courteous and made sure to use drop cloths and cover areas they were working . The overall time frame was originally slated for 2 days, However there were 4 men working on the system at one time. They were able to complete the entire install in 1 day. The crew was very helpful with clean up and walking us thru the proper use of the system with remote controls. I will highly recommend Stack Heating,Cooling and Electric to anyone who asks me.
