So disappointed in Nic and the manner in which he runs his business. Multiple phone calls and texts go unanswered. We hired him to maintain the lawn and maintenance for two houses. What we experienced this summer: (1) The brick walkway leading to our front door was over-sprayed for weeds. The runoff killed our grass. Did Nic offer to fix? No. He simply apologized. So we got to look at this all summer (see photo). (2) We hired him to weed and mulch our flower beds. The two men that arrived were pulling weeds by hand! When asked why they weren’t using tools they claimed their tool was broken. They wracked up hours of excessive, unnecessary work $$$. After mulching, weeds sprang up throughout the mulch 3 days later!! (See photo). Nic said he would fix it and never did. The bill was exorbitant for a really bad job. (3) We hired Nic to trim our hedges. Week after week we called and waited. Promise after promise “next week”. We finally cut our hedges ourselves. (4) We entrusted Nic to trim our ornamental bushes. They were so misshaped our neighbors asked what happened? We ended up fixing them ourselves. Shame on us for not firing Nic sooner - but we always tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he grew too fast? Maybe he focused on more profitable business? Regardless, we are done.

So happy with our front yard landscaping done by Nic, Tyler and team! Their team was super professional and made sure that I was included on all decisions regarding my yard. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family :)

Bill is a true handy man that delivers a professional product. Great value with a fair price for excellent service. You work personally with the owner and the communication is prompt and professional. I highly recommend Bill for your repair.

Our dryer stopped working at 9:30am. Bill had it up and running by 3pm the same day. Went over what the problem was, how he was going to repair, and cost of the parts. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Unfortunately they said they could not come to Lorain. But they did give us some advice / information and sent us in the right direction for our refrigerator.
