Came out and put in replacement compresser..Worked for a few days,then quit..Said it had a leak..did put dye in it looking for leak..He didn't come back.said several times he would be there but did not show..We finally called Kellerman they came and found leak and filled with freon.So far so good..I understand the busy times..but at least show up or say you will not show up.Just a phone call to let us know whats up..

So happy we went with them. They replaced my unit and was almost 50% less than the other bids.

These guys are awesome. Heat went out at worst possible time but United mechanical got us back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this group of guys anyday.

Due to the craziness in weather we’ve all witnessed recently, had some issues arise unexpectedly. But as they say when owning a home, “expect the unexpected “. After a mild heart attack I had when coming home to my heat being completely out & no solution in sight - I gave United a call, explained my dilemma even with a lack of knowledge no sooner than when the phone call ended my mind was already at ease & the made it over to diagnose and fix the issue! Might I add this was a hysterical call due to the fact that it was late in the night. STILL, this was no problem for UNITED! Would highly recommend this company to ANYONE that has any HVAC troubles in the near future! Not all heroes wear capes!/

My unit wasnt putting out heat, so it was freezing in the house. I called and they had someone out within a couple of hours. The service person was knowledgable and polite. After an hour of service, my unit was heating the house again and has been running smoothly since! Excellent service!
