I have used United Mechanical for the past 7 years in the apartment business. Any call I have had they have always been there and for a fair rate. I highly recommend if you want someone fast and reliable for HVAC related problems. From service to installs, they do it all.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Had them replace a warranty piece on my furnace after some time I noticed water leaking out of the bottom of my unit once I opened it up it had been leaking long enough that it had rusted through and started dripping on the board called to get issue resolved and was told I should of called sooner. I was in aware a customer should double check a “professionals” work. The lack of concern and customer service is non existent. Had to call another company to fix their issue.

I am very satisfied with this company. I spoke with Matt regarding my need for a new furnace after receiving quotes from another company. This company offered the most competitive pricing. Matt and his team worked diligently to fulfill my requirements on short notice. I found Matt and his partner to be extremely knowledgeable and approachable, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist me rather than simply focusing on making a sale.

We called Matt on a Saturday morning for urgent furnace repair. He answered right away and was at our home within an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and stayed around until the house was back up to temperature and he was sure it was fixed. His rate was more than fair for the service and lower than we expected for a weekend call. We'll definitely be calling for any future HVAC needs.

These guys rock. In the process of selling my home I had to have some minor HVAC work completed. I prefer going with smaller companies and these guys responded right away, were very easy to communicate with, gave me a great price and completed the work quickly. They were also kind and professional. If I wasn't moving away, they would be my go to call for any HVAC after my experience!

Great service! The blower went out on our Trane Furnace on a Friday when the temperature outside was below freezing and he went out of his way to get a new blower and fixed it on Saturday. Thank you Matthew

Great experience with this company. Honest and direct; showed me two options to solve my problem and walked through pros and cons of each.

This was an AC issue that showed up right at the end of fall, so we waited till late Feb/early March to call. They got me in on the first day of the season warm enough to test AC.

Most important to me: United did *not* try to convince me I needed a system replacement or major component replacement when I didn’t. That goes a long way for me!

They did an absolute fantastic job helping me get a new ac unit installed. Really fair price and came on time and did great on the install.

One of the best people i could recommend he is vary friendly open with price and honest i scheduled service with him for the next day and started messing with my unit while i waited I found something that looked a little burnt and instead of telling me some a crazy price and that he needed to install it he sent me a picture from Amazon with the part and told me I got this I don’t think there’s any other person that will do that and that why he’s the only person i would trust

We have used RJC HVAC on a couple of occasions, he came out within hours of the problem and fixed it in such a short time! Very nice person, seems to have great time management & is very friendly! Definitely recommend if you are looking in him as your new HVAC guy!

I have used Jerry several times to work on my HVAC unit, he was great about responding quickly and fixing things quickly. However, I ran into a bigger issue and had to have another company come out and work on my units. They pointed out some issues with the work Jerry had done. I contacted him to address the concerns about the work he had done and I sent Jerry all the supporting paperwork as he requested. Then he started ignoring me.

Thanks you for the reply. However the issue I am referring too is that the unit did not in fact need any freon and you put it in anyway. Now it is overcharged and that is a problem you created. I reached out to have you correct the mistake. You said you would fix it within a few weeks and you didn't do that, never showed up to fix your error.

As a facilities Maintenance Director I’ve used Bachman’s for both Preventative Maintenance and for service repair needs. I’ve always had a good experience with their technicians and overall quality of service. Rod is always easy to deal with. I would recommend Bachman’s for HVAC needs.
