Jacob is hands down the best plumber I have ever worked with! He installed a new whole house water filtration system and softener for us, and the quality of the installation was top-notch—everything looked neat and professional. I’ve lived in different places with similar systems, and this was by far the best plumbing job I’ve seen. Jacob also replaced our kitchen water filter, serviced our on-demand water heater, and took the time to teach us about all the plumbing features in our new Batavia home, without charging extra for his advice. I am extremely impressed and truly grateful for such excellent service from Gregory's Plumbing.

I contacted D and P Plumbing for a second opinion on our main. We were told by another plumbing company we needed total replacement. D and P Plumbing arrived at scheduled time, ran cameras, showed me the areas of concern. Don assured me he could take care of the issues. The issues were handled for a quarter of the price of the other company. I highly recommend D and P Plumbing.

No call No Show

Very rude!!! Poor customer service.

Took two days to call me back and make an appointment and still ended up a no call, no show for his appointment with me

After looking at these reviews I should have expected a terrible experience. I too have American Home Shield and just filed a complaint with them about the horrific service of this company.

Recommend by AHS. He does not return any calls. He cancelled on me 2 times. I do not recommend this company.

Charges extra $$ for working in wet conditions. I guess plumbers don’t work around water often. One pinhole in a line $510 just so you can have an idea of what your job will cost

I had their service through my home warranty so I had no choice. Don, the plumber was very unfriendly. To top it off, the company REFUSED to return when the plumbing problem was not resolved. Very poor servicing and not recommended!

Would not recommend. They came out, said they would order parts and have not returned calls since. They were dispatched by American home shield.

Don did fantastic work in hot water heater replacement. Very professional and helped explain what needs to be done and finished at a reasonable cost.

We have similar experiences with him. Poor response and always customers' faults. I don't think he understands the true meaning of custom service. You assume you pay and problem solved, everybody happy. Instead, you will get additional frustration and arguments. Stay away from him. I wish to give him no star, if such choice is available.

He has a horrible idea of customer service. Not a fan. I wouldnt give him any stars but that's not an option. Oh yea, good luck getting a return phone call.

I called AHS - this is who they dispatched! Don did next to nothing, except lie.

We started experiencing a water back-up after the heavy rains last week. Now when you experience a back up from the sewer, you will find any and everything. He never brought a auger in. Don simply stated it's baby wipes. No babies reside in my home!!!

He had the audacity to tell AHS that it was baby wipes that caused the back up. AHS stated to me Don could fix the problem for $1500. HaHa, not happening in this universe.

Not pleased, I called AHS and they dispatched Joe Lay and Sons Plumbing LLC. They discovered it was ROOTS!!! Not baby wipes as Don claimed. Within the roots, there weren't any baby wipes discovered. I now have free flowing plumbing. Thank you Joe Lay and Sons!!!!!!

AHS - Don is a shyster, please discontinue contracting this company, and I use company lightly.

Don repaired a couple of our toilets and replaced several leaky faucets in our home. He was professional and went above and beyond to make everything right! I will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

They did an outstanding job from first contact to showing up at the scheduled time for service. I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. He was able to address the problem and resolve the issue within minutes. I would highly recommend D&P Plumbing
