Work is progressing well considering the workers had to work around old gas meter. Everything cleaned up before he left today. Will return for final hookup.
We have had Grabill before and totally satisfied.

The gentleman that came out to help us was super friendly. He got the job done very quickly and cleaned up after himself more than I would have expected. I thought they were very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers I have had out to my house.

    Grabill Plumbing is Freakin Awesome!!!
They had exceptional pricing but more importantly, they have plumbers that are friendly and stick with the problem until in is fixed. It started out as a regular water heater tank install but it didn’t work. Then they sent out a more experienced plumber and it still didn’t work. Finally, they sent another plumber who figured out the problem. It all was centered around my bathroom remodel. It wasn’t a problem with their equipment or plumbers.
I will Definitely call them for any future plumbing jobs.
    Call Grabill Plumbing!!!

    I have used Grabill several
times and I cannot recommend them enough! When they came to install our water softener they went above and beyond. He marked all of our lines and gave us a lesson on how
to use the new digital softener. If you are in the Canton area or surrounding area, use them! They are great! Great value and professional.

The Plumbing Division is very good, and the Gallery Team is AMAZING! We had a bathroom remodel completed by Rob, he is the best! Totally worth the wait, couldn't have asked for better craftsmanship!! Very easy to work with, organized, neat and extremely professional!!

We moved into a newly built condo with a tankless hot water heater that has had a few issues in its short life span. With both issues, Grabill came out immediately to address them (both times over a weekend). The service personnel were so friendly, professional, and were able to quickly address the issues. With this past issue, Scott from Grabill went above and beyond in troubleshooting and fixing the issue, including an outstanding job explaining what he did, with pictures of all the work. I highly recommend Grabill Plumbing and Heating.

Within the last week, I recently experienced a burst pipe in my basement here at my residence in Schoenbrunn, New Phila. I immediately called Jason at Graybill Plumbing. Jason understood the urgency of the matter and quickly dispatched Isaiah, a plumbing tech, to my location. Isaiah was on scene within one hour of my call for help. Again, as in the past with a faulty water heater here at my residence, Isaiah in working this particular emergency, found the dodgy pipe, mended it, and installed a new spigot -- all within 90 minutes. Graybill, a mere thanks is just not enough! I'm back in-the-dry and very happy! Bravo! Mark

We just had a new water heater installed by Isaiah from Grabill’s, and are completely satisfied. The workmanship was perfect, and Isaiah was polite and professional. The price was competitive, and the advice given prior to the sale was honest and informative. I highly recommend Grabill Plumbing for anyone considering their services.

This was my experience with Grabill Plumbing and I have to say I expected better from the owner Luke Grabill. Grabill Plumbing was hired by my builder to do the complete new installation of our newly built house. Although their employees were conscientious and did their best to perform the work without flaw……there was one main water line inside the completed finished basement wall that burst and separated due to improperly being soldered……..resulting in my finished basement having 3-4 inches of water going everywhere. Grabill Plumbing took no responsibility for the improperly soldered pipe and holds to Luke’s statement that I (the house owner) was told not to turn on the water ?? …….even though I have text messages from the builder saying it was ok to do and that the water has been on numerous times before but had to be turned off because of a small leak at the main valve. This happened the day the Water Company came to the house to re-install the street level shut off valve that was buried under the poured concrete driveway……..both the Grabill Plumbing and the builder indicated they would be at the house that day but neither were. When the Water Company told me to turn on the water to be sure it was working…..I did just that and I walked all around the house both inside and outside for the next 15 minutes to be sure that if I saw any leaks I would be able to turn off the main water valve immediately………all was fine however approximately 30 minutes later the pipe that was not properly soldered separated inside the finished basement wall (see the picture attached) and flooded my newly installed basement flooring. When I contacted Luke Grabill and the builder to see what they were going to do help pay for the clean up and the expenses of the flooded basement…….Luke Grabill offered absolutely no remorse, no apology and no credits off of the total bill. Here is what Luke Grabill said in his email to me and the builder as justification for the issue—I am quoting his emails ……..”on the Wise job that is bullshit on him wanting credit. He turned the water on himself after he was specifically told not to. If we had turned it on we would have found that because of how we turn it on and not had the big flood like he did” I am sorry but if the plumber had been there that day and turned it on they still would not have sat by that basement wall for 45 minutes (because it held for the first 45 minutes) nor would they have magically fixed an issue that was inside the finished basement wall beyond sight……. In my experience Grabill Plumbing was wrong to accept no responsibility for the work. Would I use or recommend Grabill Plumbing to anyone? That answer is a resounding NO

Grabill is fantastic! I used them recently to install a whole house water softener as well as an RO line for our fridge/sink. We had hard water and were struggling with tons of build up, hard water spots, corrosion on our shut off valves and shower heads and could smell the chlorine. Jim the technician showed up on time, he was knowledgeable, kind, and even took time to engage with my wife/son. He installed the system in less than a day and we could not be happier. I am excited to drink our water and I feel confident in the water that my family is using every day. Thank you to Grabill and your wonderful service, I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to friends.

Thanks to you Grabill Plumbing for your quick response and sending someone out the same day I called. I'll definitely use your business if I need anything else done
