Impressive Product. Got it for my Dad for Christmas, he loves showing me how he can shut off his valve remotely. But all seriousness it has saved him in a pinch or two, so very worth it.

Got the Leaksmart Snap, very happy with it. Just got notified of a slow leak by my water heater, and called plumber to fix it right away. Plumber said it probably saved me around 3,000 dollars in water damage. So ya, very happy with my purchase.

After having a flood in my home that cost me thousands of dollars, my friend told me about this product. My daughter helped me set up the app so I can be notified the second a leak is detected, and honestly the peace of mind I get from knowing I have this is unbelievable. For the first few weeks after the flood I would have an anxious feeling in my stomach thinking what would happen if another pipe bursts and floods my home. Now I know that can never happen. I would turn the water off from my phone! I recommend this product to every homeowner I know!!

After I had a frozen pipe fiasco in my house my plumber suggested I get the Leaksmart Protect with flow analytics. I was hesitant because it’s a significant purchase, but am so glad I did. After having my second baby, I feel such a strong security knowing that I won’t have another burst pipe. Needed a led power adapter, took in my old one and they matched it up and sold me one. I tried it didn’t work, took it back the next day, and they refuse the issue a refund.
Horrible customer service

Lack of knowledge, gentleman answering the phone seemed careless to help.

I was looking for an adapter for my plasma cutter. He went on to say that they do not exist, except they do exist, and they’re all over the internet. I was looking to buy in a store rather than waiting for shipping. After telling him the parts, he tried to belittle me by telling me to make sure the prongs go in the right way or it’ll be a bad day. Except they can only go in one way, he should know this…

Service and accuracy will vary based on location, but every location is staffed with at least one or two knowledgeable people with an very good understanding of parts and their common trade names. I go here multiple times a week and very rarely have an issue and if I do, they fix it quick. Best supply house in NE ohio.
