Made an appointment with Ed. He called me 25 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to inform me he didn’t want to work in that neighborhood in Cleveland. The address was given days in advance and there was plenty of time for this to be communicated prior to our appointment.

Adam was on time and professional. Completed a repair on an outlet we initially thought would need to be replaced but didn’t, which saved us money. I appreciated that integrity. His work was neat and he left no mess behind.

I never got to receive any service from this company. I made the appointment with Edward, everything was set. He showed up on time, but then everything fell apart after that.

I've been searching for some time to find a company near me that will install a Kohler Generator. I really like that product (at least what I've read and heard about it). And I've been trying to find someone who could give me a real estimate on what it would cost to get one installed on my home. Most places will just give a guesstimate based on how you answer a few questions. But that doesn't include labor and tax. I wanted a real estimate!

I finally found one - or so I thought - right near where I live. Castle Rock Electric! When I called Edward was driving, so he promised to call me back. He did. And as I stated before, he came at the time we agreed on. But when he arrived, the first question he asked was if he could use the bathroom.

Now, past experience has taught us NEVER allow a contractor to use your bathroom at home. But, I won't go into that story. I will simply say that we told him, "No."

And his response was, "Why?"

I didn't answer that question. Instead, I recommended that he go to the nearest, cleanest, PUBLIC restroom that I could think of.

So he said, "Okay, we'll have to make another appointment because I have to take my wife to the doctor." Then he got back in his car and left! I haven't heard from him since.

If you can make sense of this, perhaps you can explain it to me. Why a professional contractor would drive all the way to my home knowing he had to use the bathroom, and then cut my appointment short because he had to take his wife to the doctor makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE TO ME!

So, I'm giving 2 stars. Because he showed up and he was nice. But, I can't say that I liked the experience at all.

We had some remodeling done recently and had a contractor leave an electrical upgrade incomplete. Castle Rock was contacted by our new contractor and was out quickly and finished the job so we could continue with our renovation. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.

I installed a ceiling fan and had electrical issues afterwards in other parts of my house, castle rock came out the very same day I contacted them and arrived exactly when they said they would, both Jack and Michael were very professional and kind they fixed my issue within the first 30 minutes of investigating. I will most definitely utilize their services in the future!

Castle Rock was referred to me by a high-producing local realtor. (Already a good sign....Realtors need to work with responsive, quality professionals.) - Everyone I interacted with at Castle Rock, from the owners, to the skilled professional that did the work, were all great people.
