I love Lowe's. Except for one male cashier who accused me of shoplifting, I have no problem with this store.

Nice well stocked variety of plants flowers, mulch, garden and yard accessories

Customers were not wearing face masks and not maintaining 6 feet at check out. One man leaned in to talk with the cashier who was wearing a cloth mask. In the garden center, the cashier had to remove his mask to shout to find a co-worker who did not have a phone. If you go, wear an N-95 mask to protect yourself.

Garden Center Bedford was closed at 6:30 last night (Wed.) I planned to shop for plants after picking up mulch I ordered (that went fine.) However the gate between outside and inside was chained closed. I wonder how much business they lost that night.

Would have rated 5 except, again, I didn't get mulch.

The reasons:
(1) You had mulch on sale during Easter week (sale said it ended 4/17, Easter Day) but when I arrived on the 17th, the store was closed for the holiday.
I could have gone a day or two earlier but I believed the sale dates & knew I had time.
So, why publish an end date if you're not open?
(2) This past Saturday, online, I found mulch was on sale for $2 (well, 5 for $10) so went to score mulch, 2 months after Easter.
But, when I got there, the sale was 3 for $10.

Feeling I got screwed again, I left without buying anything.

Can't say anything bad about lowes. I bought a water cooler but after 24 hours the water had not cooled. Took it back, not only did they exchange it with no problem, but it was on sale that day and they reimbursed almost 100.00 to me. I didn't know it had gone on sale. That surely made me happy.

I went to see if they carried the Build and Grow line of kid's kits and tools. I didn't see it so I went to the tool department and asked a really nice gentleman who worked in that department. He smiled and told me exactly where to find them so now I have my granddaughter's birthday complete. I picked up a few other things I needed and checked out. Dan, the cashier was so nice. Had a great experience!
