The red team that cleans our home monthly is doing a great job. Always prompt and thorough. Love them!!

The Ivory team cleans our house bi-weekly and does a great job! They are reliable and on time every visit. It is always nice to come home that day to a completely clean house. They are even good with our dog being home! The staff is great and we get a friendly reminder the day before each visit.

Paid for a deep clean move in service on August 1st prior to moving into my home. We weren’t at the home yet at the time, but they were still able to come and accommodate us. As I’ve moved things in, it’s clear that the job was not done properly and nowhere near a 4 hour cleaning was done. All baseboards and molding are crusted with dirt, the bathroom counters and outside toilets were dirty, and the hard wood floors didn’t even look touched. Its clear that the job was not taken seriously since we weren’t here. On top of that, this house was empty and should’ve take 2 hours but took closer to 4 and I was charged over $400 for this. I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and this was the last thing I needed was to deal with cleaning what I paid to be cleaned. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a cleaning service.

My partner and I were moving across the country and needed our apartment cleaned while we were going to be on the road and out of state. The Maids took care of it! Followed my instructions for entering my apartment perfectly and did an amazing job cleaning. They even sent me photos of the job when it was done so I could be sure it was taken care of while I was halfway across the country on the interstate. Thank you!

The Purple team came to our house for our regular cleaning. I had just put our two year old down for his nap and requested they didn’t run the vacuum in front of his door. He slept right through their visit! And the hall way was clean! The Purple team always works efficiently and throughly, even paying attention to my extra cleaning requests like thorough dusting and finding and cleaning of any cobwebs! House always smell amazing when they leave! Also I noticed how beautiful our hardwood floors looked. Beautiful job ladies.

This was my first time using the maids and I was SO impressed! I came home to a completely different house! They were very sweet to my dogs, and they were quick and efficient! The little touches were noticeable, and I was incredibly happy with the end result. I originally booked as a one time cleaning but after the first one have scheduled monthly. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

After a 8 hour deep move in clean, with 4 cleaners at our house this is just one example of how our kitchen was left. When I did speak to the crew in my house about redoing certain areas it was met with attitude and still not being cleaned properly. I did speak to someone in the office about my experience and how unhappy my husband and I were to pay an unbelievable amount of money for such a horrible cleaning job and the response I got was “we appreciate the feedback, we will speak with the crew about it” EXTREMELY unhappy and definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

We were given a 10% discount when I was contacted DURING our clean to be informed that 3 extra hours was being added to our clean due to the size of the house. Which I was understanding about, but not the original plan so they offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. When I expressed my disappointment with the clean on my follow up call I was not offered a discount of any kind or the option to have a different team to come redo our awful clean. Like I originally said, not worth the $1300 we paid just to do it again myself.

I have used The Maids for many years. Their service is very good. They always arrive within their scheduled window of service. Their employees are always trustworthy, courteous, friendly, and hard working. They respond to special requests if possible, and always correct the occasional problem. Hardwood floors are done by hand and always look great. The office staff are also very courteous and helpful with anything that comes up. I have recommended them to friends who also like their service.

Wonderful experience with the Maids! I wanted to get everything clean before our new baby arrives and they made my house spotless! It was very easy to set up a day for them to come clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

Hanna and the red team were fabulous - great attention to detail and the nooks and crannies - every area and all the bathrooms were spotless - our 2 dogs loved them too! Thank you - it’s so nice to come home to a sparkling house

The Maids have been cleaning my house monthly for almost six years now. They always do a great job!

Getting ready for Thanksgiving family homecoming is both a joy and more work than we often anticipate. This year, The Maids arrived with smiles and dedicated themselves to the deep clean we so needed. They are fabulous, they are professionals and understand how important their efforts are towards making our holiday bright. Very pleased, we will certainly ask them back.

I’ve used The Maids for a number of years, currently the Red Team is my regular crew and I’m very pleased with the level of service they provide. The staff is friendly and efficient, they arrive on time and finish in a reasonable amount of time. Each crew member has specific tasks that they handle and the crew works well together. I’m happy with the cleanliness of my home when they are done. Finally, when I need to call the office for help (rescheduling, updating payment info, etc.), the office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Not super thrilled with the service for $300+. It was one and done for us. Couch not wiped down, didn’t bother to lift the cushions (we have 3 kids and a dog). Dusted half of our built ins. Didn’t wipe window sills. I had to re-vacuum the steps after they left because they were either skipped or done very quickly. We made sure to pick up as many obstacles as possible but I know we forgot one of the kids blocks on the floor next to the couch and it wasn’t even moved. So I knew that area was skipped with the vacuum.

Everything was just done half-energy. Their goal is just to plow through houses as fast as possible.

We paid for the “initial” clean which is just a more expensive normal clean. No additional cleaning done. They just charge more for whatever reason.

Nobody said anything when they left or said “do you want to walk through the house quick?” I would have been able to call out some of the areas missed or skipped while they were still at the home.

The girls in the crew were very nice. Just not happy that I paid over $300 for this.

We needed to clean up a sizable section of a church for a special dinner AND I needed it done within 48 hours. Michelle with The Maids was able to arrange for a crew, the very next day. She was beyond professional and turned a potential stressful situation into an after thought
I met the cleaning crew the next morning at the church. They were prompt, thoughtful in how and what they spent their time on, and very pleasant people. I highly reccomend The Maids in Northeast Ohio, to help you clean whatever, and wherever you may need help.

I have been a customer and a fan of The Maid’s for many years. They get the job done well and In a timely manner. My experience with the crew that comes as well as the people at the office has been great. I am happy to give five stars.

Janet, Madelyn, Roxana and Viviana came for my monthly cleaning. I am pretty picky about my house especially my floors. These 4 ladies had my house so clean and straightened up as if it was their own. Janet as usual, greeted me with a smile. I think to myself, she can’t always be having a great day, but she is always smiling. All 4 of these ladies are pleasant and friendly.
My kitchen is always a mess since I cook a lot. It is spotless when they leave. They don’t just dust around items. They actually move them and dust underneath them. I have pets. So whoever runs, the vacuum gets ALL of my upholstery, every single chair, rug, every corner of my rooms etc. She must have pets!! Bless her heart. The team is very efficient. You can tell they get along, and like each other. It shows in their teamwork.

My husband and I have used The Maids for one-time cleans a few times in the past. As we have gotten busier, we knew exactly who to turn to when we started thinking about having someone come in on a more regular basis.

The teams they send out are so efficient. They divide and conquer and get the whole house spotless in no time at all. Everything looks so nice and smells lovely once they're done.

And their office staff is terrific! Calling in and getting everything scheduled is easy, even if you're not exactly sure what you want, or need to make changes. They help you figure it out :)

Maria, Melissa, Carmen, and Maria came to our house and did a move-in clean for us. They did a walk through with me and then got right down to business. They were each so kind, but also attentive to the task of getting every corner of the house clean and even working on areas that I hadn’t recognized, because they knew what to look for.

I have never considered having anyone else clean for me, but I’m so thankful to this team and Michelle at the office. They made this house feel like my home.

The Maids in Northeast Ohio did a great job on my elderly parents bathroom. It looked like the day they moved in. I cannot thank them enough. Their team was friendly and was easy to do business with them.
