We utilize the Maids on a weekly basis and let me just tell you it is such a relief to know my home is being maintained even when I cannot be around. We have 4 kids and full time jobs making even the basic of cleaning almost impossible. Our team keeps everything so perfect! I mean, our baseboards are spotless, furniture is dusted, and the floors are shining. The kitchen is always the worst room in our home, and I am always amazed at the work they do in there. It’s so nice to have the house ready for when unexpected company arrives. The office staff is also accommodating to our changes and need for extra cleans. Overall, a wonderful company to work with. I don’t know what we would do without the Maids. They have allowed us to have our freedom back within our own home.

Nikki and the Silver Team have been cleaning our house for over 5 years. They are absolutely wonderful! Their work is top rate - the house is always sparkling clean after they leave. And with two little kids and a dog, it's generally a disaster zone before they tackle it. Not only do they do excellent work, they are a joy to work with - consistently on time, very professional and respectful and always full of joy! I can't recommend them enough.

It is a joy to have Kristine and her Ivory team come into my home and clean for me. I tend to have quite a bit of "junk" (which is too important to discard) in my house and they seem to know how to do a bit of organizing as they clean. I give very few directives, they just seem to know what needs to be done.. They work with efficiency and thoroughness. They are the best cleaning team I have experienced.
I am always proud of the appearance of my house when they are finished.

Service is fantastic. We have tried a few local companies recommended by friends and neighbors as well as through Groupon, but none compare to the Maids. The central organization and all of the employees we've interacted with are highly professional, very organized, and so accommodating. The cleaning is simply the best I have had anywhere - consistent, detailed, and very thorough. It's wonderful to come home and discover that the floors, kitchen and bathroom are spotless, the SIDES of my furniture have been vacuumed, the light switches are clean, and even my son's bath toys are perfect. Payment is simple and scheduling has been very straightforward. We will definitely be long-term customers!

The Purple Team has done a wonderful job keeping our home clean, and are so pleasant and kind as well. I am always impressed with how thorough and efficient the team is and admire their hard work. 3 girls showed up on time but I am not impressed with the cleaning service. They cleaned my ranch home but it was nothing glowing. They are very expensive and changed the appointment a few times because they have issues with employees showing up. I will not use this company again. I left a message twice for the owner to call me and it never happened. I waited over a month so now the review.
Also, Brittany Rice worked for you so I think her review is as fake as your responses. I am told you pay your office girls to have their friends post reviews to make your company look better.

We were cancelled on last-minute by a different cleaner when I’d taken the day off to be at home for the process, and the Maids were able to step up and help us out same-day. Team Neon did a fantastic job and were in and out in no time, and scheduling by phone was thoroughly pleasant. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Firstly the team arrived on time and in uniform. They provide all their own supplies & equipment, the service was easy to schedule over the phone, with good availability. My daughter likes the patterns left in the carpets when they had vacuumed. The house smelt great when I walked in. They team I had took direction well and completed all requests with excellence I liked the little details in the bathroom too. They utilize a 22 step cleaning process which included cleaning windows & baseboards. Very happy with my first ever cleaning service and would highly recommend "Team Peach" My only request would be for the team to wear overshoes next time.

Im in graduate school and cant do this often but really needed a quick clean for a school event im hosting in my home. I was apprehensive to pay for a clean as i could only afford an hour. Until they showed up…these ladies were not only turbo charged and had a system. But im still walking around finding things they cleaned and polished. Ive never seen my sink or oven this clean! Ever! These girls are legit. Worth every penny!

Maids provided excellent service. Booking was easy, although scheduling weeks out. Notifications and follow up were timely and all as agreed. The Ivory team did a thorough and careful cleaning job and were a pleasure to work with

Rachelle and her team do a very good job. We've had several teams in the several years we've been using The Maid's services and have been generally pleased by nearly all of them. Rachelle is very detail oriented and reacts well to comments and suggestions. When there have been issues, management responds quickly. We like the fact that they have 3 or 4 people that come, so cleaning gets done quickly. In maybe 75-90 min. they're on their way and I once again have a clean house!
