Jayden did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very friendly. We had a 6 piece sectional cleaned along with family room carpet. It turned out wonderful and was at a fair price.

COIT Cleaning did a terrific job on my bedroom drapes. They were very professional and courteous. I even got a call from the gentleman with some concerns about cleaning the sheers. Assuring me that he would proceed with care if I agreed. I just had them here to rehang the drapes and they came out perfectly! I highly recommend COIT!

Jeremy, COIT employee, gave me a 20 minute notice as to when he would arrive. This was within the two hour period that was given to us for his arrival. He was courteous and efficient. We had our ductwork cleaned. We would recommend quite for this service.

We could not be more pleased! We received an in home estimate one day, & the service was done the very next day! It has been at least 8 years since the HVAC ducts were cleaned and we could immediately notice a difference in the air quality. They always do a great job. They got the carpet as clean as possible but they are not miracle workers. Just set them up for our air duct cleaning.

Ryan was on time, friendly, and efficient. He offered to quote additional services, and he “sold” us on one—-kitchen tile cleaning which was a good price. The work he did on some tough carpet stains was amazing. I would highly recommend Coit and Ryan to do your work!!!

Shawn was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did a great job with my tile and grout, and my floors look fantastic! You can see both before and after the grout was color sealed in the pictures. Very happy with how everything was handled by COIT and Shawn.

Coit’s representative's were all professional and friendly. They quoted me a very fair price. They moved my furniture carefully and took 4 area rugs. They brought them back in one week and reinstalled them with the same care. As far as the cleaning itself, I didn’t realize how dirty my rugs were. The colors really popped again in the rugs after they were cleaned. I’m very satisfied and will use Coit again in the future.

We recently had our air ducts cleaned by Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services, and I have to say the experience was absolutely excellent. Our technician, Alan, was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough from start to finish. We hadn’t had our air ducts properly cleaned in quite some time, and Alan went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless.

He took the time to explain what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly stood out — you can tell he takes pride in his work. He’s a great asset to the company, and because of him, I would highly recommend Coit Services to anyone in need of air duct or carpet cleaning.

I give Allen and Youssef who were very professional as well as personable and the service i received 5* stars. Allen throughly explained everything they were doing and what the end result would bring. We recently purchased a new dryer which kept turning off and giving us a code of extreme blockage. It was amazing and shocking what came out! We also had our vents cleaned out. ****PET OWNERS**** I'd like to point out they also offer to sanitize vents which i thought would be great. Owning multiple animals, including a bird, i asked for a list of the chemicals involved as I could not find any information regarding pets. As bird owners know, their respiratory system is not like other animals and you need to always be very cautious. I did research and found out some of the chemicals used are not good for dogs or cats and can be fatal for birds. I did tell the company what I found prior to my service, and was very disappointed when told, over the phone, they were not aware and would pass the information along. Hence, 2* stars.

I have 3 big dogs and some stubborn carpet areas that needed to be cleaned. Rick did an AMAZING job pretreating, cleaning, and scotch guarding my carpet and my sectional sofa. He was very thorough and careful. I highly recommend Coit and I will be requesting Rick when/if I am in need of professional cleaning services in the future. Thank you!!

We get our ductwork cleaned every 4-5 years. We live rurally, farming country; dust from plowing and other construction as well as the fireplace burning in cold weather makes the house dusty. I can really tell a difference in my allergies almost immediately after duct cleaning. This year
We also added on tile and grout cleaning for the walk-in shower and tiled floors in the baths and laundry room; they look like new. Excellent team members, good work, good communication, respectful of our property as well as of us.

Great company, customer service and professional! I had my ducts/ vents cleaned AND an area rug cleaned. They were very informative, and priced fairly. I will be continuing to use Coit in the future because everything went so well from start to finish, thank you Coit team!

Shawn did a wonderful job cleaning and
sealing our tile and grout in our master bathroom and shower. Our floor grout was restrained and looks brand new. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Coit.

The gentlman who came to complete the estimate was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions. Unfortunately, don't remember his name. Coit came to clean the tile in the kitchen, bathroom floor and around tub. It looks like a brand new area. Shawn was very professional and helpful by answering all my questions!! I appreciated his honesty and explanation of the process!! They will clean my ducts and hardwood floors in the near future. I am sure it will be completed with the same care.

I received a fair price and he did a great job. He was able to work with us coming over on a Saturday. He worked quickly and there was minimal clean-up. I would definitely recommend Coit to my dearest friends and family.

Coit tepresentatives gave us an estimate for cleaning of two area rugs and a three season porch. Both were very generous and they added seasonal coupons as well. As the time neared, we decided to let the porch cleaning wait until spring when it would dry much better. That turned out to be a great idea. Both area rugs were completed in a week and they are beautiful! We’ve done business with Coit for many years and we will continue!

Great work on a 6 story mixed use building right next to the railroad tracks and the highway. Some areas required rappelling which they managed effortlessly. Quality finish and great, friendly workers. Would use again and recommend to others
