We were impressed with the professional men that were sent to do our floors, countertops and couches.
They were whirlwinds!
Everything they cleaned looks wonderful, especially our wood floors.
Ryan was meticulous, finding spots that we couldn’t see and working hard until he was pleased.
We would highly recommend this team!

Bad experience:
- The technician did not remove his shoe covers when going outside to pick up the equipment, and when he returned to my place he left footprints everywhere he went.
- there is a gap between the vent covers and the ceiling after the vents were reinstalled. Also, debris was left around the area under one of the vents after its removal.
- i am not sure if the procedure the company advertises was used for the cleaning.
Maybe the technician was having a bad or busy day, but i definitely dont feel i got my money's worth and won't be recommending this company.

They showed up at the stated time. William
explained in detail what he was doing step-by-step and showed pictures of inside the air ducts before and after cleaning. He worked hard and fast and left the home as if he was never here.

William arrived at the time requested, protected the corners of my interior walls from the vacuum hose, explained fully how he was going to clean the HVAC ducts. Also made timely suggestions for keeping my return ducts clean in the future. Answered all my questions. Profesional guy!

Great work; but pricing is outrageous. Has increased substantially and would not allow me to use four dollars that were recently expired.
Outrageous pricing and despite having been at my house before, and having previous knowledge of square foot and pricing, could not give me an estimate. Will not use again.

Serviceman was very communicative as to when he would arrive. He did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. The sofa as md carpet look brand new rear job Coit.

Excellent experience using Coit to clean my carpet, tile and grout. The technician called when on his way and was on time. He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

I have a beautiful ivory colored fabric ,sectional sofa in mint condition in the living room which gets minimal usage. It was quite expensive 35 years ago when I purchased it. Unfortunately, through the years an area on the base, that extends horizontally below the seat cushion and above the skirt flap, on several cushions, became discolored with a brownish discoloration. I’m not sure what caused it. The young man, very pleasant and polite, had lightly sprayed the base of the couch with a dry cleaning spray and then vacuumed it but, it was still visible. He said that’s all he could do. He has been with the company 9 months. I was very disappointed that Coit did not have anyone more experienced and another solution to try. When my carpet or clothes are dry cleaned ( by another company) they have different solutions to use depending on the stain and are more well versed in stain removal. I would definitely not recommend Coit for upholstery cleaning.

First time client and would definitely recommend them. The service tech Santos, was delightful. Took his time explaining everything and took even more time cleaning. My couch looks brand new!

The young man that came to clean my air ducts was very kind and professional. He did a great job at explaining everything and I did not feel pressured into getting any additional services, which I appreciated. He was very thorough and efficient. I had a great experience and would highly recommend him and the company to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned.

Robert and Brent are awesome people. I just moved back from San Diego after 21 years away and am rehabbing my mom’s condo for sale. All of this is new and exciting for her so she’s been a bit nervous and had lots of questions. They treated her like a queen and she is happier and brighter than I’ve seen her in years. Anyone can clean vents if trained. Robert and Brent made that experience personal and professional, including her in every step simply and genuinely. I know COIT is a huge company so it’s important everyone there knows how much of an asset those two are. Thank you!!

Had our air ducts cleaned for the first time and so glad we decided to do this. After renovations and having pets it was definitely needed. Will was our technician and he explained everything he was doing before starting and showed us before and after pictures. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we would recommend having this done.

Very good experience...employees are experienced, friendly and professional. They arrive to your home when they are scheduled or will call you to let you know that they are running ahead or behind. We have used them several times over the years and have always been very pleased!

The tech was great. Very knowledgeable about the service and met all my expectations.

The gentleman who came out to remove my valances and drapes was great! And Bill who brought them back looking like new was awesome. I have used their services before and am always very happy! Great Job.

Joe and Santos were here to clean the carpeting in my basement. The carpeting is at least 15 years old, and looks almost brand new now. It's really incredible -- they were able to get out pet stains I'd never been able to fully remove as well as rust stains from metal furniture. They also got all of the grossness from unwelcome visitors. Besides doing such a great job on the carpeting, Joe and Santos are both incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding. I recommend them both, and Coit, wholeheartedly. I will definitely reach out again and refer both friends and clients to Coit & Joe & Santos. Their colleagues who cleaned upholstery for me last week and carpeting on stairs were super nice as well, and left my couch looking great. Thanks to all of you! (What I paid includes all of the services over the last two weeks).

Customer service is excellent. Both the scheduler and the tech seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Tech (William) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Had our ductwork cleaned compliments of our home builder as part our new home purchase.
