Alex, Jeff and their team were amazing to work with. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and the guys were out at the office well past midnight getting everything dry. They were easy to work with and very accessible. Highly recommend!

Brandon, Chris, Jayden on the ServePro crew were sent to St. Louis from Ohio to help us and other area families recover from the effects of freezing temperatures, broken water pipes and damaged walls and floors. They were friendly, courteous, professional, thorough, and prompt in all their work and communication. I highly recommend this crew and ServePro for helping us through a difficult process.

I want to recommend the great team Zoe, Marcus, Frank, Zach, and Andre, who were assigned to help us with the remediation and mitigation of issues at my home. They were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Situations where you need ServPro services are normally very stressful and frustrating. Zoe and Zach explained the plan, steps, and process so I felt comfortable and confident in understanding how things were being handled. They all made it as easy as possible for us as the client and we truly appreciate it.

Chris, Brandon, and Roy were absolute professionals. They were in MA from OH during flooding that happened the week before Christmas. Our basement had flooded with about 8 inches of water when our sump pump broke. They came in after the water was gone for remediation. Their schedule was communicated clearly which was extra appreciated since it was the holidays. I understood exactly what they were doing and why. All around an excellent and friendly team to have here during a stressful time.

The customer service, knowledge and expertise of everyone we have interacted with has been extraordinary. Our initial sales rep (Ricky) likely saved us >$20k because he was essentially a Sherlock Holmes of basement water. It was extremely unclear if we were experiencing foundation or plumbing issues in the way water was pooling, but he saw things no one else was able to and saved us costly foundation repair work that would have been completely unnecessary. There was no hard-pressure sales— just honest advice which made us feel so comfortable.

His theory was later confirmed when the amazing crew pulled up soggy water-logged carpet and found a surprise drain beneath. Our remediation crew (Dallas +) was able to arrive same-day to stabilize our situation and clear the area. They were so friendly (especially to our pets!) efficient, and knowledgeable.

We have learned so much from this team, they even helped us to realize we had insurance coverage for the job.

This company truly stands out with impeccable service, and is a pleasure to do business with in an unfortunate and distressing situation. Not enough stars to give!! I wish all home professionals were like this. I will shout from the rooftops and recommend this company.

Brandon was a great worker and leader. He worked long hours and did a thorough job with his team. We loved the finish product. They came from Ohio to work on the flood that happened on July 10th. His team was very nice and they were hard workers as well

Chris, Christian, Brendan & Dakota did a fantastic job taking care of the issues present on-site. The guys were focused on being thorough and getting all impacted areas remedied and set me up to rebuild from a clean slate. They were polite on site always with a call ahead and arrived on time. Would definitely use Servpro again if future damage were to occur on-property.

Alex was very responsive to our needs and came out quickly to get everything assessed and a crew assembled. Brendon, Tajh, and Marcus are absolute professionals. They arrived on time and explained the entire process to me. They were very sweet to our two dogs and Brendon even played basketball with my son in between breaks. Our home, like so many others, was affected by the early August storm that overwhelmed the city's storm drains. The team that came to our home initially was not a local ServoPro office because so many homes needed service. Unfortunately, that team did not do a thorough job so I had to call in to have several sections of our basement recleaned. Today, I had two amazing employees from the Cleveland Northeast location Liz and Tyree. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did they address the issues missed by the previous team but they took it upon themselves to clean adjacent areas that they believed needed additional attention. I honestly couldn't be happier with their work. I wish it had been them that came originally! Thank you Liz and Tyree!

I called for an assessment of some water damage. The woman I spoke with said someone would be reaching out to me and they did very soon after I spoke with her. We planned to meet at the site of the damage the next morning. While waiting for him to show, I called Servpro to see if they knew where he might be (he was late). They told me that they didn't even have any record of me calling or having an appointment. After that, I decided to leave and he called me about 15 min after our appointment time to let me know he wasn't going to make it. I called him a couple days later so that we could reschedule and I didn't hear back from him. I ended up calling Servpro and asked that they put me in touch with someone else besides him -- well they didn't. Next thing I know, they had transferred my call to him. He kept insisting that one of his guys had already been to the house to assess the damage; I had to assure him that it was not me several times, given that the date he claimed someone had gone out to the house was prior to my initial call to Servpro. Finally he checked his facts and realized that it hadn't been me. At that point, I was fed up and decided to take my business elsewhere. How are you going to argue with me about what I know to be true? I also had no faith that he would actually show up the next time either.

Kudos to Servpro and their crew especially to Kat and Frank, after the young man by the name of Joe came out to assess what needed to be done, he was definitely a gentleman and I felt comfortable. So the demolition crew which is Kat and Frank came in and ease my mind. I heard from a few people that this was an excellent company! I don't give a review unless it is five stars. Maybe four but I wouldn't waste my time if it didn't matter. They made sure everything was covered properly I live in a condo and they lined the floor from the elevator to my unit even downstairs coming through the door. I was like wow! I've seen other companies come in but never nothing like this. I was very impressed and would recommend this particular company to others they did what they had to do and they cleaned up behind themselves very well. I'm not sure if that was the feminine touch coming from Kat 😆 however they both left my home where I would feel comfortable enough for the next shift and that's my contractors coming in to finish the job.
